"Ice wall" muttering in a low voice unmoved by silver speed or the sword coming down on her, quickly as the word left her mouth an ice wall materialized in front of her deflecting the sword away from her and pushing silver back causing her to skid along the floor a few distances before regaining her stand.

Raising her head she could see an ice path heading towards her, with ice spikes sprouting out till it got to her, wanting to impale her, her speed didn't fail her as she was faster than the attack evading itquickly dashing forward once more to deliver a counter of her own.

Midway her body started giving off a mild glowing radiance that extended to her great sword, coating the sharp edge the same way it was covering her entire body.

Slashing it down on the ice wall, it went through it easily halfway till Kayla got off her shock pouring more mana into the ice wall further strengthening it to stop the sword in its place.

It now became a battle of strength as both sides kept giving in all they have till maybe exhaustion comes or running out of energy, deciding the winner of the match

Kayla wasn't the only one shocked by that attack of silver a moment ago, the aged man and a few from the academy had their mouth open wide seeing an apprentice warrior pushing herself to the point she had a breakthrough, not just that but was also able to manifest outside her body and weapon, a fit only high-level warrior can do.

Still, in the match of strength, Kayla decided to end everything "ice Forest" changing her attack method, ice spread around her in a circumference around both of them, the air extremely chilly, and a crazy smile appeared on her face staring silver down.

Taking a peek down, she could see her feet frozen, firmly encased in ice, stopping her from attempting to move or evade the incoming attack

In such a desperate situation she raised her hands to punch the wall, seeing she is no longer left with any other option, the glow surrounding her body all moved, converging on her fist, glowing a bit brighter now and still increasing in radiance when her fist landed on the wall creating a small explosion that separated the duo.

Her vision had become wobbly and dazzled, starring at the spot she once stood, tall ice spike as tall as a tree greeted her view, at the other side she could see her opponent starring back at her in shock before someone put off the light, sending everything into a blackout for her.
