Calindra stood there in silence for a moment, watching her mother. After a while, her mother did not say anything so she left, returning to her own room to throw a fit and get rid of her anger on some of the poor helpless maids.

At night, Zagon Black left his office and returned to the main bedroom. He placed his hand onto the door handle but froze, then slowly lowered his hand.

Then, he turned around and went to a different room. He pushed open the door and saw Cerelia sitting on the bed already. Upon seeing Zagon, a smile appeared on Cerelia's face as she jumped off the bed and ran over, helping her husband take his coat off.

"Zagon, will you be staying here tonight?" She asked in anticipation. He usually stayed with his main wife, Aurora, Lucifer's mother, but also frequently slept with his other mistresses, especially Cerelia.
