Somehow, the happy conversations between friends that lasted almost an hour and a half had been extremely exhausting. Probably because they were all pretending Symphony didn’t break up with Alastair and that the four of them had chosen sides. After their goodbyes, the smiles disappeared, Viola stood up and went to her room, Tyson, the kitchenette in need of a drink, Cassius sank into the couch with his arms out and Sawyer left the apartment with his phone in his hand. He made a call.

“Hey.” Alastair greeted when he picked up. “Miss me already?”

Sawyer chuckled, he could tell Alastair was smirking. “I wanted to suggest something to you.”

“What?” He asked seriously.

Sawyer leaned against the left wall by the door. “When my and Raina’s dads took us away that week when I um-“
