“After all that talking and talking, we finally get to run around on a field.” Tom said eagerly as they drew close to the sports corner. Hardly a corner, very much larger than the three gardens combined with net fences separating football field from basketball court… each with its own viewing section and a large hall for the indoor sports.

“Why didn’t you tell us they were doing this?” Tate asked, looking back at Sawyer behind them.

He shrugged with a sly smirk. “I didn’t want you to bring your gear.”

Tom spun around, “I don’t get why you want to punish us for you quitting.”

“I just don’t want to have to deal with your hyperactive… ness. It pisses me off.”

“Reed, thank you for having enough friends who do play and who are our sizes.” Reed looked back at Tate with a smile.

“Doesn’t that mean you should be telling me that? He’s my friend who has friends who play.”

They were walking again. “I do wonder how Reed is your friend.” Tate said.
