It’s so hard not to notice her absence. In fact… that’s a ridiculous thought. With any of them alone or together, they all feel her absence. Sitting in the Living room all four of them, they felt the hole, someone missing out on whatever is about to happen here today. Sibling meeting isn’t a thing, but when one calls for all of them, they all show up. Which has only happened about once or twice. Now making twice or thrice. With the large hole in the living room, there was also the wonder of what this might be about. Raina asking to see them all, four days after Her return.

“I’m going to get straight to the point.” Raina started, looking and sounding rather serious. “Tom, this is about you.”

Tom jolted up straight. “Why?” His forehead creased.

“Trying to run into a fire?”

Tom let out a breath, his shoulders dropping in the process. “We’re doing this again?”
