=Peggy was in the living room watching tv to quell her excitement over getting to visit Lacey. When will she visit, what will she wear ? What will they talk about? So much and so exciting. Maybe she should get her number from Tanner so she can ask her when she can come. Will he even give it to her? And how come she took Shane’s number for Marvin? What is that flaming haired beautiful monster up to? By all right, whatever he’s doing with Shane should be over now. She got so excited before and with the sneaking out, she forgot to ask.

Despite the volume of the tv, she heard familiar footsteps, shot up out of the couch and rounded it in a rush. “Tanner Tanner Tanner!” She called, seeing him halfway up the stairs.

“What?” He stopped and turned half way.

“I want Lacey’s number.”

He let out a disbelieving chuckle. “What?”
