Reincarnated in Naruto? why?

A boy suddenly one day finds himself in the world of naruto and this the story about how he lives in it,

and yes the boy is going to have his system sorry I just can't see how a person like him can survive without some help.So guess if you guys are reading this you will have to bear with another naruto fan-fic with an OG character who has a system by the please wish me luck as this is my first time writing and I'm not really sure if I'm going to continue this and the chapters are also probably won't be frequent.
