Jeff Boston is a successful musician who goes out in search of his sister who was falsely accused of murder and was later found to be innocent. With the help of his fiancee-Tricia and secretary Ian, he is able to trace Emma but upon arriving in Los Angeles, where she resides , finds out that she has lost her memory and undergone plastic surgery.
 He also finds out that she currently lives as Marina Daisy, a well renown actress. The two meet each other countlessly and start afresh as friends with Emma not remembering anything about Jeff or her past. 
 Eventually, Emma's friendship with Jeff soon turns into love. Jeff feels it is an abomination to get married to his sister but doesn't know how to explain to her that she is his sister without causing any more damage to her brain by trying to make her regain her memory. The wedding soon gets called off as Emma regains her memory due to a fall and plots revenge against Jeff. For this purpose, she comes to California. Jeff also returns to California as all his efforts to bring Emma back home and reconcile with her is proved futile.
After a robbery is committed which makes Jeff lose almost half of all his funds, Jeff suspects Emma. He lambasts her and decides to cut off all ties with her. Later, he finds out Emma is innocent but is too late to apologise as she returns to Los Angeles. Emma decides to give up on her quest for revenge against Jeff. Todd, Walker's brother, who has been having Emma followed from the time she came to California arranges an accident for Emma all because she proved that Walker was the robber. He uses his car to hit her car and tries to flee the scene but is caught red handed and arrested.
Meanwhile, Emma is rushed to the hospital and goes into a coma but when she wakes up sees Jeff by her bedside. The two apologise to each other and happily reunite.

Finding Emma

    Immediately Emma left, I ate some snacks and fell asleep. When I woke up, it was half past one. Why hadn't Emma returned? I was beginning to get worried. I dialed her phone number but she didn't respond. Maybe she was busy! I was still lost in thoughts when my phone rang. It was Emma calling. I  picked the call but received the most shocking news of my life. Emma had been involved in an accident and she was in the hospital, in a coma. I asked the hospital name and I drove there in a hurry. 


     I saw Dr Angelica and began asking questions "How did this happen?" "Where is my sister?" "Will she be alright?". Dr Angelica sighed and said "She was involved in a  car accident. Actually, it was not an accident. It was planned." "What do you mean?", I asked looking confused. She patted my back and replied "The police will be here soon to give you details about her accident. Meanwhile, her condition is not getting any better. She has lost a lot of blood and our blood bank is empty as at now. Tell me something. What blood group do you have?". 


        "O", I said and repeated "My blood group is O." "Thank goodness. Follow me. You have to donate blood please.", she said and grabbed my hand. After my blood had been donated to her, Dr Angelica said her condition should get better any soon and she would wake up any moment now. I felt drowsy  because of the donation and decided to rest by Emma's bedside. While doing so, the police arrived. I walked out of her ward and went to meet them. "Mr Jeff, we have caught the person responsible for Miss Marina's accident. A truck driver was hired to kill her.", the inspector began. He continued "He had her followed and at the right time crashed into her car. The man who already planned  to escape was given a chase by passers by who after catching him called us. We took the man into our custody and after a lot of torture, he confessed." "What did he say?", I asked nervously.


       "He said that he was paid by Mr Todd, a millionaire to kill Miss Marina.", the inspector told me. "But why would he want to harm my sister? What has she done wrong?", I asked. "Exactly. The man told us that Mr Todd did this to avenge his brother's imprisonment. He further explained that Miss Marina while in California had had Todd's brother arrested for theft and had also presented solid evidence. His brother's name is erm... Yes.. Walker. We are on the search for Todd although I think he has run away. Not to worry, he can't hide from the police.", the inspector concluded and I thanked him profusely.


    Walker's brother had done this to my sister. How dare he? I went back to Emma's bedside and was shocked to see her hand move. I called Dr Angelica and she came immediately. She began examining Emma and miraculously, Emma woke up. I cried and hugged her. I quickly went to buy food and when I came back, Emma held my hand and said "Thank you for donating blood to me.  Dr Angelica told  me about it. Thank you for always being there for me." I smiled and explained how she had landed in the hospital and who was behind it.


      I promised her that the police were doing their very best to catch Todd and she smiled. She was discharged a week later. Meanwhile, Mr and Mrs Daisy had returned a day after her accident and hadn't seen anyone at home. They had been worried and had phoned the police who told them everything. I took Emma to her house and Mr and Mrs Daisy said I could stay for a few days. It was all so much fun staying with Emma until Ian called and said there was urgent business which meant I had to return to California. I was so heartbroken but I had to take care of my business...
