Ashen has been in the magic academy for over two years now, yet, his magic skills remain as bad as when he first got there. He is ranked as one of the lowest magic users in the whole academy. He is constantly bullied because of this even his mates and some of his juniors boss him around.


Tired of this miserable life, he saved enough to buy himself a new and popular magical wand rumoured to improve one's magic. 


At the market, a sudden turn of events stirs him towards a different path, one that Ashen isn't convinced is completely safe and free from danger when he unexpectedly becomes the sole owner of the only dragon egg in existence.

A Gift of Fire

Watching Valon, step forward until he stood right beside him, Ashen instantly knew that he had to do something that actually went according to the plans they had made before the match.

Taking a deep breath, Ashen began casting under his breath, seeing how hard it was for even Valon to hold back two of their opponents who were intent on taking Valon down before they quickly moved on to Ashen.

"Incendio Hural," he whispered underneath his breath,, casting a stronger variation of the fire spell he usually used forward at the students of the White academy in front of him.

Feeling his mana horrendiously deplete to a dangerously low level, he watched with happiness as their opponents instantly did their best to try and cast defensive spells on themselves, finding it hard to switch from the offensive spells they were already casting with lightening speed.
