Ashen has been in the magic academy for over two years now, yet, his magic skills remain as bad as when he first got there. He is ranked as one of the lowest magic users in the whole academy. He is constantly bullied because of this even his mates and some of his juniors boss him around.


Tired of this miserable life, he saved enough to buy himself a new and popular magical wand rumoured to improve one's magic. 


At the market, a sudden turn of events stirs him towards a different path, one that Ashen isn't convinced is completely safe and free from danger when he unexpectedly becomes the sole owner of the only dragon egg in existence.

A Gift of Fire

"Thats…" Ashen said about to deny what Green just said regardless of the evidence that he could clearly see in front of him.

"I'll cast again," Ashen said as he began trying to cast magic aloud in there usual way he could only to discover thaf he could no longer feel his mana core at all,

"I'll heal Anared once I can but first...we need to leave here" Green urgently said to Natal who had Anared in his arms, speaking with a completely tired expression on his face, his shoulders dropping in a way that made his exhaustion clear for all to see,

Jamon also stood behind them having given up early on, on being able to help in anyway in the fight as he simply waited to die with everyone else only for him to watch Ashen wake up and kill the monster,
