Ashen has been in the magic academy for over two years now, yet, his magic skills remain as bad as when he first got there. He is ranked as one of the lowest magic users in the whole academy. He is constantly bullied because of this even his mates and some of his juniors boss him around.


Tired of this miserable life, he saved enough to buy himself a new and popular magical wand rumoured to improve one's magic. 


At the market, a sudden turn of events stirs him towards a different path, one that Ashen isn't convinced is completely safe and free from danger when he unexpectedly becomes the sole owner of the only dragon egg in existence.

A Gift of Fire

The stone flew fast and wild, hitting Wein squarely in the face. Right before Ashen fell to the ground, completely unconscious.

Wein was furious already walking towards Ashen with a face filled with rage, only to feel an arm being wrapped around his arm pulling him back and stopping him from moving forward,

"We have to go…" Dosan said having already sensed the headmaster's wide energy and aura heading towards them in a jiffy.

"No…if we don't kill him now, when next do you think we'll get the opportunity to?" Makin asked, saying the exact same words on Wein's mind, even though he also knew that the headmaster's meeting them there was the worst thing they could ever allow to happen.

Considering the fact that they were mostly fine and three students of the light academy were dead or seconds away from dying,

"At least let…" Makin began speaking wanting to offer the option of them wounding Ashen even more but Dosan quickly interrupted him,
