Chapter 43 Kidnapped

The pain in his chest was becoming increasingly excruciating. It could be because he had skip his pills. He wanted to know what time it was. The place was constantly lit by the electric bulb. No window, there was no way he could tell if it was day or night. Besides his watch was taken by the boys, even if he could check his wrist. Lewis stared into the eyes of the young boy. His vision blurred for just a bit before the boys form came to his full focus. Ken looked nothing like a criminal. Lewis considered appealing to the boy s emotion. He opened his mouth and took the water from a plastic bottle. He would be skeptical about drinking the water but he was beyond caring if he drank urine at the moment. The water seemed clean and he finished the whole bottle. "Thank you son," his tired voice whispered.

The boy smiled. Lewis quickly took that as an opening. "You look to be a nice boy, why are you doing this?"
