Brenda hurried towards Lewis hospital room; Cecilia and Ella were closely behind her.

"I think we should wait outside here, we ll be here if and when you need us."

Brenda nodded are thanks too distraught to utter a word.

Cecilia felt sorry for Brenda it was obvious how much she cared for and loved her father. She sat beside Ella in the waiting area holding hands and saying a prayer for Lewis. The hospital didn t mention anything when they called Brenda earlier, they were only hoping for the best news. Cecelia could perceive how devastated Brenda would be if anything happened to Lewis. The chances of full recovery after slipping into such coma were not very good or so she said before. They waited for what the news would be.

She hesitated at door before stepping in to the room after mustering enough courage to face whatever lay at the other side of the door.
