Six

Tylers POV 

After I dropped Bella off yesterday, I needed to get rid of some of my energy so I headed to my home gym and pretty much chilled with Rome for rest of evening, I sent Bella a few messages and we joked with each other. We have already had our light skate this morning and now the lads have come back to my place to have some lunch and chill before tonight's game. 

As we tuck into our grilled salmon with potatoes and salad my phone pings with a message, picking up off the table  

Bella - "Good luck for tonight, Rome and some other guy dropped off the passes to Bri this morning. Thank you" her message brings a smile to my face  

Me - "Glad you got them, and I don't need luck if you are there." almost instantly I get a response 

Bella - "Stop with the cheese Tyler, ha-ha" this makes me laugh causing at least five to turn in my direction with looks of confusion, I shrug it off and snap a picture of my lunch before captioning it 

Me - "Download photo, No cheese here sweetheart" 

Bella - "Don't tell me you cooked that!" I snort with laughter 

Me - "Hell yeah I did, and the boys are stuffing their faces with it as we speak" 

Bella - "You need to make me that meal, it looks delicious. Nothing sexier than a man who can cook" 

Me - "How about Wednesday? Either you can come to mine or I can cook it at yours, and there is something a lot sexier than that but I have to show you, winking face" By this point I have tears running down my face with how much I have laughed. 

"Seriously dude, who the fuck got you laughing like that?" Hunter asks but my phone buzzes and I hear Rome answer Hunter's question "That woman from Friday night"  

"Holy shit, how the hell did that happen? Last, we seen she had guys almost dropping at her feet?" I tune out as I read her message 

Bella - "Wednesday at your place, will have to be after 7pm, Jesus Ty my hormones are not back to normal yet after having Ava so you can't say stuff like that, rolling eyes emoji" well this makes choke on my water, Rome laughs and pretends to pat my back the fact that she called me Ty did weird shit to me it felt awesome. 

Me - "Sounds good, we can sort out details later. You think that was bad, can't imagine what you were thinking at the club then, winking emoji" 

Bella - "I am going to end this conversation now, go enjoy your lunch and I'll see you tonight" 

Me - "Aw can you handle a lit bit of heat, beautiful? Only messing, I will see you tonight" putting my phone back on the table and lift my head to be met with everyone staring at me "What?" they all laugh muttering stuff like 'he got it bad' and 'he's like a love sick pup.' 

We made it to the rink with plenty of time to spare but we can already hear the fans in the arena above, I just hope Bella is out there. I don't know what it is about her but I can't seem to stay away, no I mean I don't want to stay away from her. As we are putting on our skates Harry our manager comes in 

"Right lads listen up; this is our game. We are going to take the win and from this win we will then be in to the qualifiers for the championship. We have to be on top of our game tonight boys, now let's go out there and show those fuckers exactly who we are!" We all cheer, giving our pre-game handshakes we exit the locker room as coach I have to go first but I don't mind as I will be able to search for Bella. As we walk through the tunnel the supporter seating comes into view and my eyes immediately land on the family seats behind our bench and damn! Bella sits at the side nearest the tunnel beside her is Bri then my parents and by the look of it she is deep in conversation with my parents I bang my stick on the barrier next to her causing her to jump out of her seat, she turns to me with a scowl but then she sinks her teeth into that delicious bottom lip, fuck!  

She leans over the barrier and she is only inches from my face "You are going to pay for that Ty" I thought it was amazing seeing her call me it by message but hearing her soft voice saying my name stirs up all sorts of crazy shit "Can't wait gorgeous" I smirk leaning up quickly I give her a quick kiss I can see that my parents are just as shocked is she is, and she looks like she is going to kill me thankfully I'm pushed by Rome who is laughing his ass off and we hit the ice. 

It's half time and we make it to our box, it's so hard not to turn around and talk to her but I need to talk to the team  

"Right guys, we are leading 2-0 but they are going to come for us now. Rome keeps up with assists, Hunter keeps blocking those goals. Gentleman it's time, let's go get one step closer to that championship" after a quick cheer Rome turns around to the benches and winks at Bri, I turn just in time to see the poor girls face go bright red and I turn my attention to Bella who is staring straight at me and it shocks the crap out of me when leans forward, I take off my helmet quickly but then she whispers "You only get a kiss if you win" and she quickly pulls away before sitting down all the lads are laughing right now and I must look like a fish my jaw is hanging up but with the help of Hunter he pushes it closed for me and I give her a playful growl before putting my helmet back on and soaring back onto the ice. 

We are winning 4-3 with thirty seconds to go, when Rome comes into possession of the puck and slams it forward to James who fires it between the opponent's defenders and I grab the puck with my stick and charge towards to the goal getting ready to pass back to James but there is an opening taking one look over at Bella who is standing with her hands covering her mouth, god she is gorgeous, I pull the stick back and wrap it around the puck pushing it with every bit of determination I have and slam it between the goalies leg, the klaxon blares indicating the goal then the final sound erupts around the arena, I see my team all soaring towards me and brace myself for the- oomph they all land on top of me and the crowd are roaring.
