Fourteen

Tys Pov 

Mom and dad are sat at the dining table in their old house talking to Bella and signing contracts, so Bri and Claire have gone to have a look at the large guest house and Ava is sound asleep in her pram, I stand making coffees feeling like a spare part but there is nothing I can do right now, I have practise later today then a light skate tomorrow ready for the game tomorrow night.  

"Tyler, come in here for a minute please" I hear mom, so I make my way through and I am met with three huge smiles 

"So, your dad and I are now owners of the new development, and Bella here is not only the new owner of this property we sit in but she is also our event planner and main contributor to the charity" I am sure my jaw can't drop any further at this moment and they find it hilarious. 

"Woah, well congratulations everyone. So, event planner?" I ask raising a brow at Bella laughs 

"Uh-huh, I have OCD meaning I have lists for everything and planning is my thing, well alongside property development" she giggles making mom and dad laugh. 

"Bella is looking at moving in here at the weekend and since she is only around the corner, your mom and I are going to ask Mick if we can use his van, you have a game on Friday, right?"  

"Yeah, but I can rally the lads up and we can all help on Saturday" I suggest earning nods. 

It was arranged that the team and I will help Bella move on Saturday and mom and dad are going to help too, practice was great and the lads noticed how well I was playing as I did have a poor few weeks for unknown reasons but it seems apparent that being with Bella has helped, she messaged just after practice to let me know that she was going to have an early night with Ava, Rome is taking Bri out on a date so I am going to have a chilled evening ready for tomorrow's harsh practise. 

Bellas Pov  

I was mentally exhausted from signing all those contracts this morning, I also went into the office for a few hours before I started plans for a fundraising winter ball for Foleys Foundation, I messaged Anna, Ty's mom insisted that I call her and her husband by their names, I let her know about my ideas for it and to say she was happy is an understatement. 

I cooked a chicken salad for my tea and told Claire to take a night off, in all honesty I just wanted to spend time alone with Ava, so after I bathed, dressed and fed her she was ready for bed where I swaddled her and put her in her bassinette before I climbed into bed and switched on the television. 

"Hi beautiful, I hope you and Ava are having a good night, are you coming to the game on Friday?" How can one simple message from TY make me smile like this?  

"Hey, I have just put her to bed. I will be there, I'm not sure if I am free but I will try and make it" not a minute goes by before my phone buzzes again 

"Bella, what the fuck happened to your date with Dale? He said you went to the bathroom and ended up leaving the restroom with Tyler Foley!" Crap, I completely forgot to message Jay earlier so I send a quick response 

"I went to the restroom and almost got knocked out by the door, so yes Tyler gave me ride home because Dale was too busy drinking shots with the rest of the team."  

"That's great, I can get you really good seats if you and Bri like" I smile at Ty's response, what he doesn't know is his parents have already gave me and Bri VIP passes so we will be sat with them at the game, but I wanted to surprise him. 

I didn't hear back from Jay and TY and I messaged for a while before I said goodnight and curled up in bed, hopefully Ava will sleep as good as she did last night. 

I wake up with sweat surrounding me, that nightmare just brought back all those memories, mark and I had dated for three months before we found out I was expecting Ava and although it was early in the relationship, we both wanted her and he was very supportive, he came with me to the early scans and he was so happy. 

When he had to leave, he promised he would come back before Ava was born, and I believed him, but the person who stood on my doorstep a few weeks before he was due back was not him and it certainly wasn't pleasant.
