Aria Grant laughed lightly, happy with the surprise that Manuela had prepared for them. The freezing cold winter from before seemed to have melted away, replaced by the warmth of spring.
Manuela had reserved a table in advance, so Aria and Josh Nolan were soon led to their seats by the waiter.
"Do you think I didn't do anything? Manuela made the reservation, picked the time, and even chose the restaurant. It's as if I just came to eat and didn't contribute at all," said Aria.
Aria frowned slightly. Why would Josh think like that? In reality, she had done even less than him since he had at least picked her up in his car.
"What are you talking about? You waited for me and drove me here. If anyone didn't do anything, it's me. But let's not feel guilty about it. Enjoying the food and spending time together will make Manuela happy!"
Had she misjudged him? Josh began to feel a little curious.
