Chapter 301: Making a Friend_2

Before, George Flack had some patience with David Thompson. If asked earlier, George would have thought about explaining himself and talking about the causes and consequences. But now, George didn't want to explain anything further because he genuinely wondered if he was indeed the one to blame for the whole situation.

"How could I know? David, I'm tired. If something is up, just talk to Aria Grant directly. I'm going back now."

David still stood there, completely baffled. What was happening? Why was there another willful person? Did George not know that the people he invited were still around and those milk teas still had to be dealt with?

But David was also tired. Both individuals had said they were tired, so what could he do? He just hoped they would leave sooner so he could find some relief by not having to see them.
