The words put both adults to shame; George Flack blushed as he asked Ivy Grant.
"How did you get here?"
"Look, isn't it that you haven't cooked yet? This is some snacks I brought for you! No need to thank me! And don't bother sending me off, I can leave on my own!"
After saying that, Ivy Grant set down the snacks and directly left, closing the door behind her.
Aria Grant felt so embarrassed about what had just happened that she couldn't focus on biting George anymore, resting her entire head on his shoulder, saying helplessly,
"It's all your fault. If it weren't for you, it wouldn't have been so awkward just now."
George Flack chuckled foolishly, knowing he was to blame, so he didn't say much.
"How about I take care of you for the rest of your life, okay? I'll check what snacks Ivy brought for us, then feed them to you!"
George Flack placed the bag of snacks in front of Aria Grant and, surprisingly, there were all sorts of tasty things inside that he truly hadn't expected.
