Aside from feeling wronged, Aria Grant couldn't quite describe what she was feeling at the moment. Of course, she was grateful that Juliet understood her, but it was even more distressing that she couldn't say anything about it.
"Do I really show it that obviously?" Aria asked with a bit of a bitter smile, hoping this would just pass.
George Flack had said some excessive things, but Aria had already decided not to accuse him anymore. Doing so would only remind her over and over how pitiful she was.
Ah... Juliet sighed and then pinched Aria's cheek gently.
"This isn't about being obvious or not! Even if you have no expression on your face, but your heart is hurt, then you should tell me!"
Any word, any small gesture, could make Aria fall apart. She had been holding back until now, but after Juliet said that, Aria didn't want to hold back anymore.
So at that moment, with tears in her eyes, Aria wrapped her arms around Juliet.
