Chapter Thirteen

"Report! The result is shown as per madam perception, the situation in the capital of Namor is quite lively and interesting right now at the moment."

Kilter bow against someone who stands in the shadow, hiding underneath a huge old tree behind them. Kilter didn't show any tremble or fear, it was just pure respect toward this very person who didn't move nor speak a sentence after watching Kitler respond to him swiftly right after receiving the report from the far side in the center of the capital.

"It's been a long time, Kitler. Tell me, how long have you been served under me?"

A question that felt common and gives Kitler warm feelings instead of uneasiness shrouded him. Kitler looks back to the time where he falls into this land, just like how Nanami, Cynthia, and even King himself fall into this land. Like an alien invasion, they arrived from a different dimension, a different realm where they hold a self-story that shall not be disclosed to anyone in this world.

Unlike the person who saved Kitler from the first fall into this realm. They never had any secret that uphold within themselves. No secret that shall be used to threaten or hurt against each other. A relationship of master and servant, which claimed Kitler as the servant while the one who stands, the master who commands him to do anything he sees fit in this land of Namor.

"It's been almost forty years, madam," Kitler answered in a lower tone.

"How many times I have to tell you, Kitler. I hate being called madam, are you purposely mocking me again this time?"

Kitler keeps himself shut. It was an awkward moment instead of a feeling of accidentally insulting his master. Both of them put a chuckle on their face right after a few seconds passes by. They are interacting like a best friend rather than in a formal relationship. But all of this moment end fast when his master returned to his poker face.

"How about 'them'?"

"I believe they already crossed the predicted path. The casualties and death were wrapped along with their feud. It was unavoidable."

"I see…"

Two words. That is enough to express his disappointment toward what happened right now, where both of the sisters met, slaughtering everything in their path. Kitler doesn't want to say any further, as it is against his master's feelings, knowing these two particular individuals which were treasured by his master, have become the tool of King, dominating against another, to reclaim an absolute body of their own.

"Should I stop them?" Kitler asked.

"Let them be, it was their choice which sail our plan into motion. Remember, whatever you did for me in the past forty years shouldn't be disclosed to both humans and demons in this world."

"I'm well aware of this, my master." Kitler stand up as he finished his speech. His face expresses deep sadness, knowing the pain that has been punctured into his notable respectful person, yet he can't do anything to help.

Kitler was not only a foreign individual who residual in between the border who possessed a unique power, which boundlessly put him aside from the natural law of this realm. He was the spies who put up his tracks remain in shadow and execute his work in shadow to the one and only person who stand before him.

The power he possessed was not limited to destruction but yet a powerful summoning spell. When Cynthia decided to push Nanami away and sent her to nowhere, the only link that was established in Cynthia resolve was the consciousness directing her to this portal, Kitler managed to maintain the portal and transferred the spell to the Creator possession right after Cynthia has successfully landed in the same land as well.

Although Creator doesn't know where and what caused the same link which directed to him and successfully throws both Walker and Cynthia into this realm, one thing he knows was someone who holds the capabilities to communicate with him, might as well he's suspecting TatSuet hold responsibility for this incident where she's the only one who boundlessly against his restriction.

"There's a lot of things we need to prepare beforehand, Kitler. I hope you'd mentally prepare to meet someone who already long abandoned your kingdom."

Kitler grabbed his fist upon hearing the sentences told by his master. His anger burst, as he heard the person mentioned by his master, the person which is so important from his origin realm, a person who is supposed to rule them, protect them, and guide them. Yet, this person has already long abandoned them for some selfish reason and soon, Kitler shall meet his abominable encounter which brings up the curtain of uncertainty and claim the answer he's been seeking for.

"What about Gerothive? Shall I silent him together with his troop?" Kitler asked again, distracting himself over some self feud conflict. Putting the mission on top as he needs to make sure the long preparation comes to fruits today.

"There no need to rush, Kitler. These foolish humans won't harm us anyway. As long as our demon is designated at the border, having the same position while divided by that fragile wall, I don't think they will move even an inch knowing their capital already collapse." "But on the other hand, you should return to capital. Assist them like you've been assisting me for forty years. I don't have much vitality left to go back in this hellish battlefield."

"Your command will be honored, my master!"

Slightly taking a bow while his left hand pressed softly toward his chest, Kitler acknowledge his master command as he prepare to leave this boredom of ignorance. Facing the humans of this realm for more than forty years while acting neutral toward them, Kitler had never endured this much humiliation if his master didn't command him to take this initiative, predicting that this day will come and his existence shall be revealed to the world, as he holds the foreign power, where he could decide to end this long fueled feud or prolong it to the stage where both parties shall meet their end of lives.
