Team ACES

Ace was happy. Very happy. Happy to see his old friends and trying to hold his tears became more and more difficult and he admits how emotional he became even though it's not good to show this amount of emotion especially on the battlefields but it's hard to hold all of that emotion when you live for two decades without your loved one and having a Grimm mayhem at the same time.

Regina said before that no one can hold one emotion forever. Everyone have a different side like the tough and serious guy had a soft side or the shy ones might have a dangerous side that anybody who knows about will be scared from unleashing him except for Salem and the Grimm and Ace pretty much knows that, meeting many people with different personalities and Regina's lessons have helped him to understand this. Whenever he goes into the battlefield before he was taking things seriously but when it comes to any free time he had with Luna and Adrian, he talks with them and tries to have fun with both of them, he cries when he goes to sleep, he tries to use anything to destress himself even for a short time.

Right now, he doesn't have to become focused and stressed Ace, now, he will be the old, fun, cocky, Ace, the one he used to be before, and spending the semester in Beacon will provide him that, as long as he remembers when to make his moves and regain all of the muscles and Aura control he used to have when he was older, he can be the OLD Ace again.

'Boyyyyy. I feel good again. I missed being this calm and happy but remember, not all the time, there are so many things to get done and after that, fuck it, let's go as much as I want.' Ace smiled at the thought. His thoughts got interrupted when he heard a muffled sound, he remembered something from Ruby when she talked about their first day of Beacon or when they talk about the evolution of Jaune Arc when he was weak to becoming more professional. Something to do list is to help Jaune become better in everything is added.

As for the moment, Jaune was choking and he's about to vomit from riding the bullhead. And if what Ruby and Yang said was true then he will release them in…their shoes…and he did.

"Gross, Gross, Gross, Gross, Gross, Gross"

"Get-Get away! Get away from me! Get away from me! Get away from me! Get away from me!"

Ace couldn't hold his laughter and he laughed silently, not to bring any attention. He pictured it several times and seeing it in front of him is 10 times funnier than imagining it. Turning from Vomit Boy to the better huntsman in his time is surprising, to say the least.

As time was moving on, the bullhead arrived at Beacon, and seeing Beacon for the first in years felt not just nostalgic but phenomenal he didn't realize how good Beacon was before.

When Ace joined the team in Vacuo, they received a message to come to Vale. When they arrived, they met Glynda Goodwitch and start planning on removing the remaining Grimm that still move around Beacon even with the amount of work they did to remove them. And the answer was the Wyvern that was stuck on the top of the CCT tower. Surprisingly, the dragon Grimm is still at his place since Ruby turned it to stone, and from what Glynda said, the Wyvern's stone body started to crack and it will be difficult to kill it with the amount of Grimm. So, the plan was to clear the campus from the Grimm and get rid of the Wyvern to start fixing the CCT tower and Beacon itself.

It took them the entire day but they cleared all the Grimm that was on the campus and the next day went to kill the Wyvern. It was fun, to say the least for Ace who went and rode the Wyvern and used a chain on its mouth to put it down but in the end, they were able to kill it, and fixing Beacon started.

It took them a few months to make Beacon at least good to stay in it and if you're ready to handle the noise sounds of construction. In the time they were rebuilding Beacon, Ace went to check his family and the others went to rest in Tai's house at Patch. When the team returned to Beacon or rather the unfinished Beacon, they returned to take classes, go through missions, etc. Sadly, it got destroyed again when Salem went to find the Crown of Choice while using that plan that caused the crisis of Remnant and you know what happened after that.

"Damn! Beacon was looking good back then, I wonder how good would have been if they rebuild it." Ace whispered.

Ace continued walking and noticed the old stuff like the statue, the other buildings, the CCT tower far away. It made Ace smile until it got interrupted by an explosion sound. He turned to the sound source and saw Ruby and Weiss aka the first time when they met each other and how awkward that was and then Blake came to the scene and she aggravated Weiss when she talked about the SDC's 'questionable' stuff. Ace chuckled and continued walking while remembering the other stuff that have been on the campus and until Prof Glynda announces to everyone to come into the hall.

'Now, we arrived at Beacon. The first thing we have to do is making team ACES and then trying to become closer to them.' Ace said in his thought.

"Very good. I thought you forgot your goal kid, good thing that I didn't remind you."

'Hahahaha. Good joke.' Ace laughed sarcastically.

His talking got interrupted when someone pumped behind him. He looked backward and saw a familiar Faunus friend. She is a turtle Faunus that had a turtle shell. She has violet hair that consists of 2 long pigtails with a small hair clip. She wears a pink blouse and a dark purple tank top. A pink skirt with purple and black stockings and small pink shoes. She has purple goggles on her head. She was carrying her laptop with her and she had a giant gun on her back.

Ace, again, tried to hold his tears. It's hard when you meet someone close to you.

"Oh no, I'm sorry. I was busy that I didn't pay attention to you." The Faunus apologized as she got her laptop and stood up.

"No, it's okay. I understand." Ace smiled as he got himself back up and fixed his clothes. "By the way, my name is Ace Storm." He introduced himself.

"Violet Entrapta. Again, I'm sorry for the bump. Hope we become friends." She introduced her name.

"I would be happy to become a friend with you." Ace said happily.

Screech "Would all the students heading to the hall for a small talk from Beacon's headmaster, Professor Ozpin." Glynda announced on the mic.

"Oh, well. We have to go. See you later." Violet said her goodbye before heading to the hall.

As she walked away, Ace finally released all of the tears in his eyes. "If meeting Carl and Violet would make me cry like this, I don't what will happen if I saw Skyler." Ace said as he removed all of the tears and started to head to the hall.

Ace remembered how bland Ozpin's speech was, like seriously, why did he bother to make that speech anyway if it will be this bland, come on Oz, you can make it better with the same amount of words. He headed out and sat on those chairs outside on the campus while watching everyone walk around. As time was moving on, the sunrise started to come and he watched it, admiring how beautiful the orange atmosphere look.

"This site is so good, you want it to stay forever." He sighed happily. He continued to watch until he heard something close to him, he turned to the sound and he recognized it as a guitar tune and that guitar doesn't come from anyone except one person who carries a guitar ax. The person who carries it was walking and sat next to him. He wears a yellow shirt, a black and yellow leather jacket, black pants with yellow lines, and brown boots. He has blonde and short hair and brown eyes.

Ace asked himself why this day want him to cry and why he met Carl this early? He was supposed to meet him at the Emerald Forest unless the gods have something into it, he shouldn't have met him this early but he won't mind it, of course.

"The sunrise is a great site, something makes you wish that it never ends," Carl commented.

Ace smiled and crossed his legs. "That's like what I said earlier, you shouldn't steal, you know." Ace replied joking.

After a minute of silence, someone has to say something. "My name is Ace Storm. Nice to meet you." Ace introduced himself as he offered his fists.

"Carl Andersmith. Nice to meet you, too." Carl introduced himself as he fist-bumped with Ace.

"So, what did bring you here?" Ace questioned.

"I like to stay away from people, not to bother them from my playing with my Nevan, and you?"

"Take my breath and clear some thoughts."

As night settled down, it was time to sleep because of the initiation. "Gotta go, we need to sleep for tomorrow," Carl said as he stood up and went to the locker room.

"See you later, Carl." Ace waved at Carl as the latter waved back before Ace breakdown and release all of his tears. Again.

It was night and everyone was about to sleep and some were still awake and Ace is one of them. Ace was staring at the ceiling as he tried to sleep. He turned his head to see anyone and he saw Ruby writing something, maybe her diaries or a message and Yang joined her and from the time he spent with Yang and Ruby, Yang is likely teasing her sister, and the pillow into the face is proof.

He stared again at the ceiling and tried to go to sleep. Five minutes later, he heard a sound coming from his left and saw pre-team RWBY next to each other, Weiss was the spoiled, rich girl that acted like she's bigger than everybody because she's a Schnee and if you asked Ace, he doesn't give a shit about titles or ranks, he treats everyone as equals and if needed formality he can, but mostly, he's ready to give a dirty noble a dropkick in the public without shame. The arguing became louder so he went to stop them because last time, it took them some time before they went to sleep.

"If you didn't come and ruin my luggage, none of this conversation even existed," Weiss said.

"Hey, my sister said she's sorry and trying not to make any sort of hatred towards her so if you continued on this, I will be happy to knock some sense to you," Yang said with a small threatening tone.

As Weiss groaned, she became face to face with Yang and Ruby tried to cold the situation before Ace arrives.

"Girls!" Ace tried to yell in the lowest sound possible and he got the attention of the standing girls very easily. Something he learned from his mother on how she control the house whenever the kids became out of control. "Listen up, girls. Right now, people are trying to sleep. Soooooo. If you could go to your beds and stop this pointless chatter, we will finish the night without problems unless you want to be delivered by myself." The last part had been delivered in a different tone to receive the message as he's ready to knock the girls and go to sleep.

"A-Ah, Sorry. W-we're going to the b-b-bed right now, a-aren't we?" Ruby stuttered, she knows from the 'Myself' that he will do it the hard way.

"Y-Yeah. Let's go, Rubes." Yang said as she took Ruby's hand and headed to their sleeping bags. Soon to be followed Weiss who looks a bit scared but tried to regain herself.

As they went to their sleeping bags and Blake blew the candle, Ace returned to his sleeping bag and closed his eyes. He now can rest to wake up early and- "W-Wow! You sure say something that was able to scare them" Ace's eyes wide opened and instantly recognized another familiar sound or rather he didn't hear from the most. He turned to see a girl with her blue hair and purple bits in different spots, she wears a purple PJ and inside her sleeping bag.

Ace tried to reply quickly so he was holding himself for a bit longer. "Right. My mother had taught me a way to do that. She did a lot with me and my siblings whenever we going crazy or need us in the important stuff." Ace replied.

"W-Well, that's nice to have someone to help you with this stuff." She said as she tapped her fingers together. "B-By the way, m-m-my name is S-Skyler Eindhoven."

"Name's Ace Storm. Nice to meet you."

An awkward silence between the two and was rather a bit creepy, considering that most people went to sleep and Ace noticed Sky blushing, he smirked but decided not to go harder on her. "Oh, well. Goodnight, Sky." He said as he tilted his face to the other side while he brought earplugs for the alarm.

"G-Goodnight, Ace." Sky said as she went to sleep.

As everyone went to sleep, Ace stayed awake because, of course, he cried, again. But this time, it feels more emotional because Sky's death was the first time he saw a friend dying and her death stuck with him for years despite moving on.

Ace cried silently on his pillow and couldn't handle his tears. For some weird reason, he met his teammates before the time, it's either the gods did something or it's just happened.

'I promise to protect you this time and I hope that everything I do will make you and everyone okay.' He said in his thoughts as he continued to cry before he finally went to sleep.

5:00 AM. The normal time that Ace usually wakes up and he feels happy despite tears that soaked the pillow and the pillow can prove that to anyone. Because he's early, he went to wear his outfit, doing his normal stretching, going to the food hall to get a good breakfast while listening to music. The person who presents the food was surprised to see someone that early, like by the time he arrived to open the hall, he found Ace standing next to it. While he was eating, he heard a familiar sound and saw that Ren and Nora who as Nora like to say 'Not together together'. Yeah, keep saying that Nora, you can't deny it at all.

Soon after, more people came to have breakfast, after that people started to go to the locker room to get their weapons. He was hearing Yang and Ruby's conversation next to him.

"Well, Remember, Ruby, you're not the only one going through the initiation. If you wanna grow up, you're gonna have to meet new people and learn to work together." Yang said.

Ruby sighed in frustration. "You sound like dad. Okay, first of all, what does meeting new people have to do with fighting? And secondly, I don't need people to grow up! I drink milk!." Ruby said.

On the other side, when Ace heard Ruby, he laughed. He couldn't hold himself because it's really funny. That's not how growing up works, Ruby.

As they continued talking, there was also Jaune who was lost when he tried to find Crocea Mors.

Next to them was Weiss Schnee and Pyrrha Nikos, he remembered something like Weiss wanting Pyrrha in her team and Jaune entered the scene, flirting with Weiss with absolutely, one of the worst times he heard flirting and somehow, Pyrrha fell in love with the blonde dork and the more he heard his flirting, the funnier and bad it became. Until Glynda announced to everyone to come into the cliffs to start and it was mercy for Jaune not to embarrass himself any longer.

The cliffs worked the same way, they stand on the board, get launched to the Emerald Forest, using your landing strategy, making the first eye contact will be your partner for the next four years, getting the 'relics', getting back to Beacon after a fight against a big Grimm.

Ace was in the air waiting for the right moment to use his strategy and once he touched the first tree, he started to make acrobatic moves until this time he landed on his feet. "Phew! Better than the last time." Ace said as the first time he made it, he slipped from a tree and fell on his face. Moving on, he starts running to find any one of his old teammates.

As he continued he encountered his first dangerous situation. An Alpha Beowulf jumped towards him and fortunately, he caught Beowulf's hand and slammed it on the ground. He pulled Orchid and shot Beowulf's head until the Grimm died. He continued moving forward until he saw an Ursa flying or rather the upper half of the Ursa above him while he was running. He looked at the source and saw a couple of Grimm flying and some were dying so he went forward and wished for the best.

And his wish came true as the person who found him first is Skyler in her main outfit that consists of a blue shirt, a black and dark blue leather jacket, dark blue pants with dark purple linings, and light blue boots. Like the last time and had a bit of trouble handling the amount of Grimm. Ace didn't hesitate and pulled Ivy and Orchid for the mission.

Skyler, on the other hand, was swinging her hammer as hard as she could and it worked for her but the strategy won't last for long. "Come on, you stupid bugs, I'm not afraid of you," Sky exclaimed as she prepared another swing with her Meta Cavalierly but stopped when she heard gunshots from behind. She turned around and saw someone familiar to her, he caught Beowulf's hand and pulled the Grimm near him, point the gun at his head, and shot a bullet that not just killed Beowulf but pierced through the head and continued to another Beowulf that also killed him. He continued to shoot more and was able to kill the Grimm around him. Skyler was awed but regained her focus and attacked a coming Boarbutsk.

The duo worked together and finished the remaining Grimm. Sky put her hammer at the ground and took some breath. She needs to work on measuring her hits more. Ace, on the other hand, put his guns back and made the eye contact that made him and Sky officially teammates.

"Hey there, Sky. Didn't expect to meet you again." Ace lied because he already knows that he will become a teammate with Skyler, so, he acted like he did for the first time and that's one of the things Zack taught Ace when he worked on his healing factor but that's something for another time.

"H-Hi, A-Ace, me too." Sky greeted.

After a few seconds of silence. "Ahem! I think we're supposed to go to the end of the forest. Let's go." Ace said as he start walking. "H-Hey! Wait for me!" Skyler soon followed him.

'Okay, Sky is here. Now, find Carl and Violet who will get into us in the end by meeting them in the place where we get the 'relics'.' Ace said in his thoughts. 'After that, we will meet that Grimm, what was the name of it, again?-' His thoughts got interrupted when he heard Sky calling his name and touching his shoulder. "Hellooo. You're still there?" Sky tried to get his attention.

"S-Sorry, I was thinking of something, what is it?"

"Well, is this the right way to the end of the forest?" Sky asked.

"Yes, I know the way to the end of the forest. Trust me."

Sky didn't say anything and continued to follow him.

A few minutes later, they finally arrived at the end of the forest. Skyler was surprised, to say the least. "Huh, I guess you were right. Thought we might get lost."

"Don't worry about that, Sky. You're safe if you didn't do anything stupid. Besides, Professor said don't hastate to destroy anything in your way."

They continued walking until they reach the place where the 'relics' aka chess pieces were located. The duo looked at the chess pieces for a second. "Did he mean to get those chess pieces? Because if he meant that, why did he call them relics?" Sky asked.

"Don't know. Anyways, let's choose one of them." Ace said as he looked for the chess piece his team used to have.

The duo observed the chess pieces until an explosion interrupted them. They turned around to see a guy with a guitar ax landing near them and a turtle Faunus with a pair of gauntlets on her hands landed next to the guy. Suddenly, a king Taijtu appeared and was ready to attack but stopped when a fireball hit it.

"Come on, you unintellectual reptile." The turtle Faunus insulted King Taijtu. The snake Grimm opened its mouth to eat the Faunus but she caught his fangs and the gauntlets seem to freeze the fangs to the point it can be broken like a cookie and she did it, she broke the fangs and shoot an ice ball in its mouth, spreading the ice around the neck, and before the Grimm can react, she entered and destroyed the ice, resulting in killing the King Taijtu.

"All done." She said as she turned around to the guy, "You okay, Carl?" she kneeled and offered her hand.

"Yeah," he answered as he took her hand. "Not like I can't handle this."

"Oh well. You did a good job killing King Taijtu, Violet." Both turned around to see Ace who waved at them.

"You! I didn't expect to meet both of you again." Violet is surprised to see Ace and Sky.

"US!" Ace and Sky pointed at themselves.

"Right, it's a weird coincidence to see you here." The boy or Carl said.

"So, wait! All of us meet each other before the initiation!" Ace said as they looked at each other and nodded. "Oooookay." He scratched his head, maybe because he met the 3 of them instead of just Violet like last time. "You know what never mind, let's get done with this." He said as he went to the chess pieces. "How about the White Rook." Ace said as he took the chess piece. The other also took the same White Rook and was ready to go back.

"That's it. Fighting some weak Grimm and maneuvering in this forest. He should have tried something a bit harder." Carl said. "Anyways, anybody wants to listen to a small performance while returning?"

Oh, Carl. It's not that easy because they will encounter their first big threat in a few moments. Besides, you said one of many words the opposite happens after that as a cliché.

ROAR Yep. A roar from that Grimm. Ace lived through a bit of those moments and he learned not to over underestimate anything even if he looks like he underestimate his enemy.

The teens turned to the source of the sound and a giant Grimm was presented. The big Grimm had a weird face that half of it has bones while the other had a half creepy smile and twisted horns on top. His body is heavily armored, his left hand is a giant ax and the right one is a giant sword and bladed toes.

'Oh yeah, I remember its name. Sparta.' Ace remembered the Grimm. One of the weirdest Grimm he fought.

"What the heck is that?" Carl asked loudly.

"Sparta. A rare type that somehow lost its way to here." Ace explained as he activated his Gauntlets. "Come on, guys. Let's kill it" Ace said he was going to attack.

"Woah! Woah! D-D-Do you want us to fight THIS?" Sky said as she was visibly shaken.

"Yes! It's our duty as huntsmen and huntresses to beat this and no matter how retard, ugly, and scary, we have to do it. Besides, we're like the first people who arrived and we don't want to make this an obstacle for other and cameras are recording us, so no way in hell I will embarrass myself and my family whenever they have a meeting with Ozpin. So, get your asses up, and let's kill it together." Ace gave a small motivational speech. Storm family has a lot of great huntsmen and it's rare to see someone who wanted to become a hunter but it ended in a very embarrassing way. It feels like they got disowned even if they didn't get disowned.

ROARR Ace turned to the Grimm and saw that the Grimm opened his half mouth and released what it seems like black ice but he and his teammates dodged it.

"Okay, I forgot about that. Let's dance, clown." Ace exclaimed as he went to attack the Grimm. The other followed him and pulled their weapons to fight.

The Grimm swung the sword at Ace but dodged easily, Sky ran on the sword for a bit and jumped when it lifted its hand. Sky attacked the face and make the Grimm back up a bit before it swung its ax at her. Ace took Sky faster than the Grimm's swing, pulled Ivy and Orchid, and start shooting to get his attention. The shots seemed to piss the Grimm but not hurt it, as it opened its mouth a guitar riff followed by gunshots landed on the back of its head. It turned to see Carl who seemed to play with his guitar and can shoot from it. "I'm here, clown face!" Carl yelled and played more to shoot.

Sparta was getting angry and opened its half mouth to shoot black ice, this time, it spread it around and the place was soon filled with black ice shards. This idea seemed to help but a source of heat appeared from behind and seemed to be Ace who turned his Dust Decoded into the fire body. The body looks like magma blocks that have fire around them.

"The place seemed to be cold how about to cool it up." Ace punned as he released a wave of fire on the Grimm. Sparta roared in pain. Violet melted some ice with Torbjorn Gauntlets. She was surprised by the sudden shift in Ace's sword but she analyzed the wave of fire the Grimm took and it seems not to affect it as the Grimm attacked Ace but he dodged easily.

"This Grimm's body seems to be hard and can take more than what it looks." Violet analyzed and put her hands on her chin. "Hey!" She got interrupted when Sky came out of the ice. "You need more damage. Don't worry, I have dusted with the Meta Cavalierly. Think that it could work?"

"Yeah but we also need someone to launch you with enough force to see how we could break it."

"No problem." Ace said as he landed next to the girls. "Be ready for it." Sky nodded and pressed a button to make the hammer into mace mode. Ace grabbed her left hand and began to spin her. "Woah! Woah! Woah!" His spin became very fast and finally released her to the point she got launched so hard it made a blue glowing scratch and made a small crater behind. Sky, on the other hand, prepared her attack despite the amount of air and the speed she had. When she landed her hit, she made a small explosion and the Grimm fell on its back. "That was AWESOME. A bit dizzy, but AWESOME." She jumped happily.

The Grimm, on the other hand, tried to stand up after that hit. It seems that the hit made a hole that didn't expose his chest but it was painful non the less. When it opened its mouth, Carl came from behind and used Nevan at his mouth to change the direction of the ice. Carl moved quickly and away from the creepy Grimm. He and Sky went to Ace and Violet.

"That made decent damage. Still, we need more to kill him." Ace said as he thought for another idea and remembered an old idea he used before.

"Violet, can you go inside your shell?" He asked, making himself ignorant. She turned and nodded. "Sky, I need you to launch Violet at the Grimm with the strongest thing you had." He said to Sky.

"W-What?!" Both girls yelled.

"Trust me. We need to hit this thing even if it was a crazy idea."

Violet, who's still surprised by her future leader's idea, but sighed and entered her shell. Skyler went behind her and measure the attack before she hit her with the strongest hit she had. Violet got launched at the Grimm's face so fast the hit staggered it and Violet bounced at a tree to hit the Grimm again. Violet bounced more on more surfaces like the ground and stone pillars before she finally made the last hit that cracked a small part of the face and landed next to her future team.

"I got to say, this was a good idea, no, an AWESOME one, I didn't feel thrilled in a while," Violet exclaimed.

Sparta came back at its feet and went to attack the teenagers. Ace noticed that and pushed his team away before the Grimm rammed its horn into his chest, sending him flying.

"ACE!" Carl, Violet, and Sky yelled.

ROAR The Grimm came at them but they dodged it. Carl used Nevan and Violet used her gauntlets to shoot at the Grimm.

The Grimm roared more like a wild ox and shooting black ice. Sky jumped at the Grimm with a mighty cry and used her mace to attack the Grimm. "I will make you pay for ramming your ugly horns at Ace!" She shouted and went to hit him before the Grimm used its ax and clashed with the mace creating a shockwave. Sparta lifted its legs and hit Sky with the bladed toes, making her at the air before it smacked her with the horns.

The Grimm was about to move before it felt its legs stuck with ice to see Violet shooting with her gauntlets. She turned the ice to lightning and shoot lightning at the chest. Carl used Nevan and hit the exposed shoulder. Carl made a guitar riff before he hit the neck with the ax. He continue to chop the neck like the tree before the Grimm shoot black ice but Carl dodged it.

Violet climbed the Grimm and released lightning at it, making the Grimm roar in pain. The Grimm swung the ax at Violet but she jumped away. But in the air, the Grimm kicked her away. Thankfully, her back took the damage and didn't feel anything. When she tried to get up, she saw the Grimm behind her and her eyes wide opened when the ax was ready to go down so she entered inside her shell. The Grimm landed the attack at Violet with the ax and lifted the sword hand processed to hit the turtle Faunus again like a hammer. The hits didn't seem to hurt Violet despite making a giant crater.

BANG The Grimm got interrupted when he saw Carl shooting at him. The Grimm released black ice at him. Carl dodged and began to build up a song. The Grimm tried to ram Carl but he continued to dodge while continuing to build up his song until he stopped at his place, the Grimm raised both of its hands to hit Carl. Fortunately for Carl, he released all of the soundwaves at the Grimm. The Grimm roared in pain because of the loud sound. The sound wave, also, was strong enough to chatter all of the ice.

The Creepy Grimm got back and kicked Carl who blocked the blades but launched him in the process. Carl fell on his back and tried to get up but the Grimm arrived at him and raised his ax. Carl closed his eyes for the coming attack but a loud BANG he opened his eyes to see a sword coming at a high speed and it landed on the sword which made a loud CRACK. The Sword looked like it was deep in the sword. The trio and the Grimm looked at the source of the sword and saw Ace and he seemed to be a bit pissed off. "Oh, don't you dare kill him, MOTHERFUCKER!" Ace shouted as he ran forward.

Sparta shot black ice but Ace dodged it pretty easily like a blur and continued to run forward. The Creepy Grimm slammed his ax at Ace but it didn't work either which made Ace climb its ax hand and run on it. Ace reached his shoulder and jumped from the ice to land on the top of his head. Ace proceed to remove the left horn and after a few seconds, he removed it, making the Grimm roar, he jumped back at the shoulder and used the tip of his horn to stab the neck of the Grimm. He was able to stab it and tried to enter it more but the Grimm used its sword to stop Ace.

Ace jumped on the sword and ran to take the Dust Decoded. He landed next to Carl and carried him with Nevan away. He stopped next to Sky and Violet and put Carl down.

"You okay, Ace?" Violet asked.

"Don't worry about me. Worry about this shit right there. He protects the face a lot with its hands so I plan to put it down, remove his arms, and go for the head." Ace planned.

"I can you use the coldest temperature to make it easier. Carl and Violet can cut his arms while you go for the head." Violet explained. "The thing is, we need to stop him to- " "I will take care of that." She got interrupted when Ace talked. "Just get to your positions." Ace said as he went to the Creepy Grimm.

The Grimm saw Ace and used its sword to attack Ace. The hit got blocked by Ace's gauntlets and the sparks appeared from the collusion.

"What the heck are you doing?" Violet asked.

Ace balanced himself and pulled his hands away to hold the sword. "MY PART." Ace shouted.

Ace, with all of his strength, tried to carry the giant Grimm. He was struggling but he was able to carry it. Carl, Violet, and Sky's jaws dropped from the feat of strength as the Grimm was carried by Ace. Ace spun the Grimm and slammed the Grimm on the ice he created. All of that happened while the words 'RULES OF NATURE' were screaming in the background.

"NOW!" He ordered.

His future team nodded and ran towards the Grimm. Violet used Ice dust and froze the upper part of the arms to very cold temperatures. Carl and Sky turned the Meta to the ax mode, making a war cry and cutting through the ice with their axes. ROAR The Grimm roared in pain and tried to move but in the air, Ace with the Dust Decoded in his arms, he turned to the Lightning dust and unleashed one heck of an attack like a lightning bolt, no, stronger than a lightning bolt to the face of the Grimm.

The Grimm turned the armored side of his face, hoping it will handle, but the lightning was so strong it broke the mask and went through the head, making the Grimm roar in pain. Ace went back to the ground while the Grimm was turning to dust.

(End Song.)

"WOOHOO! HELL YEAH!" Ace jumped like an excited kid and went to his teammates. "This is great, guys. You made a good job."

"What! No, you're the one who stole the spotlight with Suplexing the Grimm and made that lightning." Carl said.

"C-Come on, w-we couldn't have beat that Grimm without working t-together." Sky stammered a bit.

While Ace could have finished the Grimm in seconds, but he turned back to Beacon and he have to hold back to not make anything weird. And because that would crush the faith of his teammates for the semester.

"Sky's right. These types of Grimm sometimes need teamwork to finish and we proved that we are worth our spots in Beacon." Ace said as he put his hand on Sky's shoulder.

Sky blushed and rubbed her neck sheepishly. "Thanks."

"Anyways, let's head back to Beacon to book our spots." Ace reminded and his team followed back. "Oh! By the way, Carl, give us a song while we head back."

"As you wish," Carl said as he was preparing to play a song while heading back.

Reuniting with the team. Success. He still needs more stuff to make but he will enjoy the moment while it lasts.

Everyone returned from the initiation with newly formed teams.

Ace, Carl, Violet, and Sky were standing next to each other for their team announcement.

"Ace Storm, Carl Andersmith, Violet Entrapta, Skyler Eindhoven. You received the white rook. Your team will be team ACES. Led by Ace Storm. " Ozpin announced.

Ace couldn't hold his excitement and hugged his team from the shoulder. "Yeah! We're officially together, guys. We're going to have a great time in Beacon." He exclaimed happily as he hugged tighter.

"Right. Can you stop, please? Your hug is a bit strong." Carl sounded a bit struggled.

"Sorry about that. I'm happy and excited." Ace said as he released his grip.

"I-It's okay, A-A-Ace. I-I l-loved that." She stuttered while she gave Ace a light hit on his shoulder.

The newly formed team stepped aside for the coming teams. Ace was the happiest and struggling to hold his tears, AGAIN. 'This year will be interesting, Ozzy.'

Team ACES went to the building where the dorms are and found the one they will stay in for the next 4 years. The team, for some reason except Ace, carried their weapons to the room.

"Finally! We get some rest after this long day." Carl said as he jumped to his bed and put his face in the pillow.

"I still have some energy left but we had to sleep for our first day in school." Ace said while he started to remove his gauntlets.

"Me too. By the way, how did you turn your sword to these bodies? I didn't see something like this before." Violet said who's sitting on her side.

"Tomorrow if you want details. It's a long yet fun story but it was worth building the Dust Decoded." Ace excused as he was putting his coat in the dresser.

"Oh well, I want to see how that sword work," Violet said as she took off her shoes and got in her sleeping outfit.

"Don't worry, I planned to tell you anyway. Which, by the way, we will get to know each other in the next weeks." The blue-haired boy said as he was wearing his sleeping outfit.

The team was now in their sleeping clothes and headed to the beds.

"I'm excited, can't wait for tomorrow, going to classes, having spar matches, going on missions later this year," Skyler squealed from excitement.

"Save that energy for tomorrow, Skyler. Until then, goodnight." Ace turned off the lights.

Now, CES went to sleep. Ace stayed to see his teammates sleeping peacefully. 'If only they know.' Ace thought before he went to sleep. His sleeping became better and without anxiety or nightmare to keep him awake. He put on the earplugs and headed to sleep. This year will get busy.

AN: My longest chapter in the story. Hope you like it and tell me what's your opinion on the fight. I may not an expert in this stuff, but I will try to put my ideas in some fights that involve Ace in the future.

I liked to put all of the initiation arcs in one chapter because it's unnecessary to stretch it like how V1 does and don't forget to favorite, follow and review.
