Tham Country – Lais City

"I'm sorry" Xuan Yuan said while hugging Zhi Qiang "I aroused your heartache, I shouldn't have asked" Xuan Yuan regretted.

"It's okay, it's a memory from the past," said Zhi Qiang, hugging Xuan Yuan tightly.

"I wish I had memories of my parents" said Xuan Yuan, his face looked sad, he didn't remember the faces of his parents at all. He was brought here as a baby, and he remembers nothing about his parents. Everything was dark for him.

Hearing Xuan Yuan's words, Zhi Qiang fell silent. He knew very well how his parents died because he was the one who killed them without even a twinge of sympathy. He didn't dare look into Xuan Yuan's eyes every time he mentioned it. there was only regret he felt. And that feeling of regret continues to ring in the depths of his heart. And suffocating his chest. Even from that feeling of regret, it made him often dream of when he killed them, and he would wake up with cold sweat all over his body.

He would look at Xuan Yuan's face lying next to him, and a face filled with pain and guilt at him. In the end every time he woke up from the dream, he couldn't sleep until morning. He will get out of bed, walk out of his room with his sword, sit on the terrace of his room, he rubs the sharp side of the sword, to make it sharper. For him to use when carrying out the order from Master Chi You. sometimes he wished that the sword could take his life, so that he could escape the cruel and brutal life. Free from all suffering, even he had forgotten what tears felt like, for he too had long since forgotten how to cry.

"You know, I have considered you as my parent, you are the only one who is close to me, you always accompany me when I need love. I know that your task is very dangerous. Be careful every time you carry out the task that Master Chi You has given you." Xuan Yuan let go of his embrace, staring intently at Zhi Qiang's face.

Zhi Qiang looked back at Xuan Yuan, his hands cupping Xuan Yuan's cheeks as he said "I have considered you as my son, and it is my duty to take care of you because this is also one of the tasks that Master Chi You gave me"

A guard came over, bowed his head once, said "Sir, the horse is ready"

"Okay" Zhi Qiang replied curtly without turning to the guard, he smiled at Xuan Yuan then stood up and prepared to leave.

"Where are you going?" Xuan Yuan asked, this matter had become a habit for him. He would always ask even though the answer he received was not clear, only 'There is an assignment given by Master Chi You' and those words were repeated every time he asked.

"There is an assignment given by Master Chi You, I'm sorry, I have to go, keep practice" he replied with an expressionless face, he turned and walked away with the guards.

Meanwhile in Tham Country – Lais City.

The hustle and bustle of the city center is coloured by colourful flags hanging along the streets of Lais city. The daily spiritual practice carried out by the local residents, is something that is no longer foreign to the entire population. Reciting mantras while turning the spell wheel which is named the prayer wheel, or with strands of grain as Mala.

The practice of repentance along the road to the Lais palace with the intention of paying homage to the Spiritual Master, as an effort to eradicate the bad deeds of the past is a belief that is believed by all the inhabitants of the land of Tham.

It is a country with a very high spiritual level, a country which is also known as the Heaven of the World. Figures of prayer are in every corner of the city. Whether it's on the walls of the city's fortifications, on the cliffs of the mountains that surround the city of Lais, on the boulders along the road to the city of Lais and many more.

"Nhamso, don't forget to buy Tsampa flour," said the old woman whose is her mother was still busy in the kitchen preparing lunch.

"Yes Mother", replied Nhamso, her hand took a basket made of tree branches then she turned towards the door of the house and walked away.

In the middle of the city, "Hello" Nhamso greeted the Tsampa seller, a sweet greeting sounded from her voice but very loud for normal people's ears.

"Ah, welcome, welcome," said Nempa with a bright smile.

"Two kilos of Tsampa flour" said Nhamso raising her hand and showing her index and middle fingers raised to clarify the amount of Tsampa flour she wanted, as Nempa's hearing had decreased slightly due to his old age.

Hands that began to wrinkle did not make his movements slow down. He quickly wraps the Tsampa flour as Nhamso requested. "2 tam" said Nempa as soon as he finished wrapping it and gave it to her.

Nhamso took the money bag that was stored in her shirt pocket and took out 2 tam coins "Ah here, 2 tam" she said as she handed it to Nempa.

"Thank you" Nempa said bowing his head a few times.

"Thank you" Nhamso replied who also bowed her head twice, turned her body and walked away.

Four- or three-story buildings adorn the city center. The residents are busy doing their daily activities, which cannot be separated from the strong spiritual impression that has been passed down from generation to generation from their ancestors.

Nhamso was walking down the bustling city street, when suddenly she stumbled upon a boulder, the stone gleaming bright green. She frowned, astonished she bent down to reach the stone, but when her fingers touched the green stone. She felt herself floating in an empty space, the vortex of space passing so fast that make her to close her eyes. Seconds later, the fresh scent of refreshing green grass, touched her nose. The air entered through her throat, filling her chest. The feeling of lightness spread throughout the cells in her body to the very edge. Since she didn't feel the power of the vortex anymore, she slowly opened her eyes. She was at the foot of a mountain, on the bank of a river, the waters of which flowed slowly. It's a very beautiful and relaxing sight. She said inwardly.

In front of him was a small child, about 8 years old, playing on the riverbank, running after a wide-winged butterfly, quite beautiful to look at. Nhamso laughed happily and was happy to see the child playing with the butterfly. But because he was not careful the child fell, headlong to the ground.

"Ouch," shouted the child as he landed on his stomach. He tried to get up, but his eyes landed on the object in front of him, his eyes opened wide. In front of him was a snake, its tongue sticking out, hissing. Seeing the snake, he was afraid, but he did not dare to move because the snake was already in a position to attack.
