Later that night, hearing someone knocking on his door, Dan gets up from bed to answer it. He opens it, and there are Matt and Josh. "Are you ready?" Matt asks.

"Yup." Dan replies. He goes back to his room to grab his phone and wallet, and they are good to go. Dan closes the door, and three of them start to head to the elevator. They are supposed to be excited about it, but Matt notices that Josh does not look right. It seems like something is bothering him.

"What's the matter?" Matt asks.

"Hey, are you sure about this?" They stop in the middle of the hallway. "Nova said we are not supposed to leave the hotel without telling them and we are not allowed to go out tonight." Josh's worried.

Matt chuckles. "Don't worry, things aren't gonna go sideways, also, it was your idea. Why are you scared right now? All of the sudden." says Matt.

"Come on, it was before she said that we would get punished if we sneaked out. I thought it was okay." He sighs. "What do you think, Dan?" Josh turns to Dan and asks.

Dan looks at Josh, "Don't worry, I actually asked Alex already. He said as long as we stay away from troubles, we are fine. He's a cool guy, and we have to get back here by ten." and he says.

Josh is surprised. "Really?"

Dan nods. "Yes. It's what he said to me." He glances at a clock on the wall, "Ok. Let's go. We are running out of time. Is the place near us?" and asks.

"Told you it's fine." Matt smiles and pats on Josh's back.

Josh listens to two of them, "Ok fine…I will call Jian. let's go." and sighs. "But if something goes wrong, it has nothing to do with me!" He claims.

The three left the hotel, heading to the place to meet up with Josh's Taiwanese friend. It's close to where they live so they can get there by walking. Soon, they arrive at a world-famous night market in Taichung, Feng chia night market, Jian is already there waiting for them. Josh sees his friend and waves at him, then Jian spots him. Josh and Jian are both excited, it has been years since they hung out last time. They walk closer to each other. "Hey. What's going on? How are you doing?" Jian looks at Joah and asks.

"I'm doing well. How are you?" Josh gives his friend a big hug and asks.

Jian smiles, "I'm fine. Still alive. Got nothing to complain about I guess. How are you doing? How is Formosa?" He keeps asking and smiling.

"It is great. It's so nice to see you. Everything is good." Josh replies, and the two seperate.

"I'm so happy to see you again." says Jian, "I can't believe we're both pro athletes now."

"Yeah, me too. Wow. It's just so…Amazing…I mean…Yeah…I can't think of any other word to say." Josh sniffs and shrugs.

"That's fine, and it is. I don't disagree." Jian laughs. The two spend a few minutes catching up and completely ignore the existence of Dan and Matt. The other two just stand behind and watch the two friends talking and try to be nice and not to disturb them. "Hold on. And they are?" After minutes of talking, Jian finally notices the other two men standing behind Josh, then he goes.

"Oh yeah. I almost forgot." Josh smiles, "They are Dan and Matt. I mentioned them on the phone." He introduces Jian to his friends.

Jian approaches Dan and Matt, then he offers his hand to both of them and says, "Hi, how are you? I'm Jian."

"I'm Matt. Nice to meet you." Matt takes the hand and replies. They start talking and spend a little amount of time getting to know everyone a little bit. Dan learns that Jian is a Taiwanese baseball player who's also a member of the MLB camp this year, and he has signed with a major league team as a catcher. He tells them that he will be joining the Seattle Mariners' minor league system next year to have his career begin. And about his relationship with Josh, he and Josh grew up playing together, and their family were neighbors. They used to hang out all the time when they were kids. Two of them had a great time in Taichung. When Josh told him that he was moving to Formosa, it really broke Jian's heart. However, it didn't keep them down for too long because they both knew as long as they kept playing baseball, they would see each other again, one day. After six years of being separated, here they are.
