The boy wakes up from his sleep and opens his eyes. The boy is greeted with the sight of a dark, brown colored roof, riddled with water stains and broken wallpaper. He hears the noises of water dripping onto a body of water, almost rhythmically.
"Tick, tick, tick, tick, tick".
The boy sits up from his bed, making a slight creaking noise from the bed as he moves his body. With his half opened eyes, he sees a bucket he placed the other day, still half full. The boy looks around his room. He sees that the walls are in the same condition of his roof. Brown, broken, riddled with water stains. The boy switches his focus towards the window, though covered with blinds, a ray of light shines into his dark room. The boy continues to stare at the window until he hears the bucket start to overflow with water. He looks at the bucket and starts to stand up from his bed.
"I thought that it was only half full like, a minute ago. Weird, maybe I was just a bit sleepy. Guess I'll throw it away."
The boy stops midway and sits beside the bed with his feet on the ground looking down on the hard wooden planked floor, only held down by pieces of rusty nails and gravity. He looks at his legs and feet. Dirty, unpolished, and bruised as a result of walking on the harsh wooden floor. The boy stands up from the bed and starts to walk towards the blinded window and stops his tracks in front of the window. The boy starts to open the blinds, and a big ray of light shines enters his room, lighting it up, allowing the boy to clearly see his surroundings. Unlike before, where he was only able to partially see the room due to only part of the sunlight illuminating the room. He looks outside the window, into the morning sky and sees the sun, with its presence that dominates over anything present in the world. As he continues to look out his window, the sound of the bucket overflowing is heard in the background, though the boy still doesn't give it attention. The boy keeps staring blankly at the sky and his focus breaks as the water from the overflowing bucket touches his feet. He then starts to walk over to the bucket and picks it up using his hands, similar to his feet, scarred, bruised and dirty. The boy picks the bucket up and walks over to the light. The boy throws the water outside, dropping it in an alleyway where nobody goes through. He closes the window and continues to put the bucket in its previous place, to catch more of the leaking water. The boy ignores the water soaked floor and starts to walk to his clothes rack.
The boy sees 3 possible outfit options he could wear. A dirty school uniform, home clothing - though dirty and riddled with holes everywhere -, and a clean outfit he recently bought using the savings he had from collecting coins from the street. The boy looked at his new clothes with a bright and proud smile. Since today was a day where everyone in school is allowed to wear anything they'd like, he chose to wear his nice outfit to show off to his classmates. The boy cleaned himself up as best as he could and was ready to go to school after he finished packing his items.
He walks to his room door and tries to open the door, but it's not opening. He tries to turn the handle even harder, but it still won't budge. At this point, if he doesn't open the door, he's going to be late. The other option, breaking the door down, would be easy since the door is wooden, scratched and broken over the edges, but that would attract her attention. So the only plausible way is to go out the window. However, the boy would always try to avoid it since there was a big garbage can stashed just below his window. But, there is no other choice. So he goes and walks to the window and tries to open it, but to no avail.
"What the hell, it opened just fine a few minutes ago. Why is everything locking me inside?"
"Because it's not your room"
"......"
The boy's heart drops, knowing that there's someone in his room that was just locked a few seconds ago. The voice is deep, that means it's not her. That means there's a random stranger that was able to lock me in my room without me knowing and is now behind me. His heart beats faster and faster, and his body is trembling. He breathes in a big hump of air and expels it slowly. Then, he quickly turns his head to see where and who this person is. Then,
Is greeted with a fully white face right in front of him. The face fully envelops the boys' vision. There are no eyes, no nose, no eyelids, nothing. Only the space where the eyeballs are supposed to be are empty and and a big smile that has the edges reach the height of a nose, should it be there. The boy, now in extreme fear, freezes himself, and doesn't even move a muscle. He's not breathing, not blinking, not moving, not doing anything. Then,
"Boo"
The boy, now alive from the man's words, screams and flails around frantically in fear.
"AaAaAaAaaAaAAaAAAh, STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY FROM MEEEEEE AAAAAAAH"
As he runs to the other side of the room and cuddles himself up in the corner and screams with tears continuously flowing down his face
"WHY ARE YOU IN MY ROOOOOM. WHY DO YOU HAVE NO FAAAACE. AAAAAAAAAAaaaaaaaaaaaa"
"Eyyo waitup, stop screami-"
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA"
"Eyyo can you stop screaming for a bit. It's gonna be ok"
"HOW IS IT GONNA BE OK?! THERE A STRANGE FACELESS MAN IN MY ROOM AND AND I CAN'T EVEN GO OUT OF MY ROOOOOOM"
"I know that it's really weird and scary right now, but let me just explain the situation.
"....."
"Ok, thank you. First of all, let me explain where you are first."
He pads up and down his outfit, stands up straight and clears his voice,
"Ahem ahem. Welcome, child, to my special space. Everything here can be made, changed and destroyed by me."
As he says that, the room starts disassembling, the boy looks outside the window and the blue sky that was previously there, starts disintegrating, revealing a blank white space behind it. The whole room folds out and drops down on the floor and sinks into the ground, revealing a plain, white room with what looks like no walls and no end.
The boy,
"Who are you"
The man stares at the boy for a second then whispers under his breath,
"Bruh, I was literally going to tell you that like right now, then you ask me and it doesn't feel so impactful anymore but like whatever I guess"
"what?"
"Oh, nothing. Oh yeah um. Hello, let me introduce myself. I am,"
"A God"
