Final Fight Of The Mission

As the couple walked off into the darkness, I regained my fire to fight the disgusting thing before me and rushed towards him. Unfortunately, Fabian barely had enough time to figure out what had happened when I grabbed the sword and turned him into a new pincushion.

"Notice, you have entered the final fight of the Mission."

Yes, Vania, I am well aware that I am against Fabian Brookes right now as I am plowing his body through with my blade. Unfortunately, the rest of the group didn't lift a finger until I was done and backed off, with my sword covered with blood. But to my anger, Fabian Brookes was still alive.

"How could you do this to me?! I brought you back to life! I gave you a home! You were supposed to work for me! So why the hell are you on the enemy's side?!" yelled the enemy as he directed his threats at the Black Knight.

Mordred said nothing as she shrugged, and Fabian turned his attention to me. The man was still standing despite having enough holes to call himself swiss cheese, and I was upset that he was still alive. But then again, I was against a Mage, not a regular human being.

"Eyes front, soldier! Your enemy is here!" I shouted as I lunged at the Baron again.

But the Slayer jumped forwards and grabbed my collar, pulling me backward. Then, just in the nick of time, Fabian decided to release his Elemental Aura and Energy through an explosion of green purple. I thanked Bryan for saving me and gripped my sword as I slowly released my powers.

As the light from the explosion died down, Fabian stood there holding two marionette controllers without strings until Vania enhanced my vision to add in Elemental Signatures. The lines were bright purple as I found them connecting to the floor.

"How dare you trespass my area... Who allowed you in?!" roared Fabian as he stomped his foot into the ground.

"I don't need anyone's damned permission to enter this stinking hell hole! What you've done is truly the lowest that even hell wouldn't want! You deserve to die!" I shouted, leaping towards him.

But as I neared him, several blobs emerged from the ground in front of Fabian, and I swiped them away using my blade. I ended up clashing with Fabian and his sticks, shocking the man.

"What?! Didn't you see who you had sliced through?!" asked the man, trying to stop my blade from driving into his chest.

"Of course not... And I don't care about it. Your little puppets are weak against me, so this will be the easiest Mission for me!" I yelled as I enhanced my physical strength to hoist my blade and send Fabian flying into the wall.

As the guy smashed into the wall, I finally had a good look at what he had summoned to fight for him as one of the blobs sprang up and turned into a child holding a spear. Unfortunately, I barely had enough time to figure out anything before I had to exchange clashes with the little girl.

The Slayer instantly had my back as more kids emerged from the ground. Byrna began fighting the kid and tried his best not to hurt him, but it wasn't easy.

"Focus on the one in front of you! I'll handle the ones!" yelled Bryan as he saw more blobs emerging from the ground.

This triggered the party to split and take on a child. Tomoe was skillful in his fight, dodging and flipping around so the kids couldn't land a wound on him. But he couldn't keep this act for long as he needed to disarm the children. So Tomoe took out his fan and started hitting kids.

It wasn't enough to kill them, but more than enough to put them to sleep. I glanced at Duncan, who merely stood there as a child charged toward him. I tried to reach him but couldn't because of the kid in front of me. I cursed as I yelled for Duncan to fight.

The Ankou seemed to have taken over as I saw the glimmer of a giant scythe swinging down, followed by the sound of splattered blood and crushed bones. Well, I shouldn't be bothered with someone who has the Servant of Death lurking in him...

"Oi! Don't kill the kids!" shouted Tomoe as he knocked out a child.

"Huh? Then how are we supposed to survive?!" shouted Duncan, puncturing a child's head with the scythe's tip.

"We can do it without sending these kids to the afterlife!" yelled Bryan, subduing a girl by forcing her hands back and hitting her on the neck to knock her out.

"Are you blind?! How can they be alive?! They came out from the floor!"
