"It's a funny thing, the concept of gifted children. For many among these gifted, they're merely two steps ahead of the pack, but due to the praises and attention they garner, they think they're born out of a Divine Trial.
"For the problems that children face, their thoughts might feel accurate. Their raw intellect is enough to deal with most problems that school throws at them. Even if they don't understand anything, with a couple hours of reading, they can wrap their heads around them, no problem."
Sybil felt like he was describing her childhood. Whatever the other kids struggled with, she could solve without issue. Even if she found something difficult, she only needed to focus on the matter for some time before it came naturally to her head.
