I will ascend and become a Village Chief with a lie. I will protect my village with a lie. I will develop my village with a lie. But how long can a lie truly last?

People say, kingdom needs to be built on trust but I am building it on lies. If liar is whom I need to become, then I shall gladly lie the entire world.

A minute later, both of them separate from each other and walked inside the prison. They were blushing a little bit more than before. They reached the last cell of the top floor.

"Are you sure he was tortured yesterday? Or, did Tan give him an overdose of healing pills?" Ming Shen turned his head at Zhao Xin and asked with a surprised look on his face. It's not that he doesn't believe her but Gu Chu's condition was completely fine.

Zhao Xin put her finger on her cheeks and thought for a moment. She also didn't believe her eyes. Gu Chu was completely fine as if he wasn't even hurt.

"Anyway, let's take him back!" After thinking for a while, Zhao Xin decided to ignore it. She couldn't find the answer to her question and there was no reason to waste the time. They opened the cell and entered.
