I will ascend and become a Village Chief with a lie. I will protect my village with a lie. I will develop my village with a lie. But how long can a lie truly last?

People say, kingdom needs to be built on trust but I am building it on lies. If liar is whom I need to become, then I shall gladly lie the entire world.

I Lied To Become Village Chief

Gu Chen opens the door and walks in. At this moment, a young lady was laying on the bed. She wasn't looking sick but she still rested since she had nothing to do anyway. When he returns, she immediately got up and spread out her arms.

"You are acting spoiled again." Gu Chen couldn't help but curly his lips seeing her cute expression. He went near her and puts his arms around her, but just when she relaxes on his shoulder, he pushes her down.

His nose touches hers as he slowly reached out to her lips and kisses her fiercely. The soft lips were getting devoured by him without leaving a single drop of juice on them.

But, after he was quickly pushed away from her.

"Stop! It's still the daytime." Gu Shui spoke with her face turning bright red. She was trying to hide her embarrassment but no matter how much she tries, she fails.
