"Askel." Allen greeted as he stepped into the guest quarters of the Floral Domain where Zariah rested.

As it had been for the past week, Allen would always walk in to find King Askel sitting by Zariah's side, whispering words of assurance and affection to her.

It was said that even in a state of unconsciousness, there was a possibility Zariah could hear Askel's words and perhaps his words would trigger her to regain consciousness even quicker.

So far, Zariah had shown no signs of consciousness but King Askel had not given up hope...Allen did not think the Ethereal Alpha King ever would.

Allen had always held doubts in his heart, though he never revealed it, he was wary of King Askel.

It was difficult for Allen to trust a stranger with Zariah completely, even if that stranger happened to be her mate.
