Chapter 12

The girl woke up the following morning and prepared to leave.Sherry pack some of Ammy's belonging at the boot of her Ford car as Ammy made sure that she left everything in order.Ammy stepped out after she was done with her checking and joined her friend who stood behind the car.

"Am glad am not late,"Marcus spoke as she walked towards the girl standing besides the car.Her gaze then fell on the girl who was walking towards them.She was stunning.

"Marcus,"she called walking towards the two.

"Ammy.Look look beautiful in that outfit,"he smiled at her sweetly as she stared at her.

"Thank you...was hoping to see you before we left and am glad I did,"she continued while returning his smile.

"Guys we have to leave to now,"Shery interfered as the two had now ignored her.

"Okay.You ladies take care,"he said as he embraced Sherry before he turned to embrace Ammy.

"Thank you for everything Marcus and I will miss you so much,"Ammy spoke in his embrace.

"Me too but we will keep in touch and make sure to enjoy yourself there but take care,"he said and Ammy nodded at him.Ammy sat next to Sherry who was already ready to leave.The car started moving and a Ammy felt a strange feeling of hope...that feeling of starting something new.Tears of gladness escaped their custody and fell on Ammy's cheeks.Sherry saw that and held her hand in hers and smiled at her...an assuring smile.The drive was long and fun.They sang along with the music that was playing on the car's radio.

"Welcome to port city lovie,"Sherry shouted happily as the drove past the larger board, written 'Welcome to Port City' in bold.The two shouted happily as they drove speedily.From the main city,the drive lasted a half an hour and they reached their destination.The car was parked outside a small black iron gate.But the apartment looked attractive from outside.The walked inside the compound and walked to the door.The two got in and were welcomed by two beautiful girl.

"Welcome home beauties," they spoke together as we walked inside.The girls rushed to them and hugged them so warmly that Ammy couldn't help but like the place and the girls as well.

"Thank you girls but can you stop being so huggy,"Sherry spoke and they all giggled.

"Says the madam," one of the girls spoke as she giggled.

"Girls this is Ammy and I told you everything about her and she agreed on staying with us as we all suggested,"Sherry introduced her.

"You are so beautiful that am getting jealous.Am Anna and am glad you are here,"the girl with red hair spoke happily as she embraced Ammy again.

"It's my turn now Anna, so give me space,"the other lady with white lavender hair, which my found so beautiful spoke as she pushed her away.

"Am Alicia and I really like you already...you are so beautiful and I love you hair and your eyes...jeez! are you real?"she spoke and Ammy's eyes widened at how she complimented her.She never thought a fellow lady would love her beautiful that much.

"Sherry....I will share my bedroom with her,"she continued as she dragged her to the couch.Sherry shook her head as she smiled at Ammy.

"What's wrong with her?"Ammy asked Sherry when they were finally alone at the living room as the other went to buy dinner since it was already dusk.

"She likes beauty and that's why she likes you,"she responded.And the other question that Ammy asked made Sherry choke on her own saliva.

"Is she gay?"she asked in a lower tone.Sherey stared at her awkwardly before responding.

"Don't be so ridiculous lovie...she just likes you but she isn't gay and she is a rich so you might be lucky here," she responded and Ammy nodded in surprise at her friend's last statement.The two girls returned and served the burgers they bought for dinner.

"By the way Ammy we have a fun timetable,"Alicia spoke.

"What's that for?"Ammy asked sounding interested.

"Well we just stay in the house all through but on Friday night we go to the bar for some refresh and on Saturday we go 'gang riding'."

"Gang riding!!"she asked looking confused.

"It's not like we rob people Ammy.Thats a name we just gave to it since we dress like gangs...full black attires and mask and we drive crazily around the city in motorbikes,"Anna explained.Ammy found that amusing but unfortunately she knew not how to drive.

"I can't even drive you know,"Ammy spoke looking disappointed.

"Not an issue lovie.Alicia will teach you that tomorrow,"Sherry spoke while holding her arm.

"Ofcourse and infact I personally will buy you a motorbike before Saturday,"she spoke and the girls fell silent.

"Now you really like her,"Anna spoke and we laughed chuckled.

"You these sport bikes are only designed for a single person so I will buy her one,"she explained and the girls shouted happily.Later that night,the girls retired to their beds.

"Alicia,"Ammy called as they laid on the bed in their pajamas.

"Hhhm,"she responded calmly.

"Thank you,"Ammy spoke as faintly as a whisper but loud enough for her to hear.

"It's fine and you know....I know how it feels to loose those who matter to you..."she responded still staring at the ceiling.Ammy didn't know what she meant but she thought she might have experienced what she went through and she remained silent and they both drifted to sleep.
