Blood trickled down his face, as he swore he could practically taste it, as it slipped down onto his tongue, where eventually it made it made it down his throat, from where it had come, from his bleeding nose. He felt the smoke from the burning flames all around him, slip into his lungs, almost suffocating him, as he found little escape from it, by shielding his face with his hands. Although, covering his face with his hands, surely made it much harder to defend himself. Which, the banished one with the black flames surely was putting up a fight against him. As he met his dark colored eyes, he only found disgust towards him, for the second time, as he landed another well built punch towards the guy.
However just as he though he had it, the man was able to dodge and get away from him. As Aaron kicked his foot past his other one, making sure he didn't lose his balance, or landed in the wrong place of the flames around him, he could barely see anything. The smoke from the flames he'd managed to put out, was still escaping into the air. As for the few others, they only started growing taller and much hotter in temperature, which only made him sweat more. His forehead now being covered in his own bodies waste. It was clear to him, begging and pleading wasn't something he was ever going to do. Begging the hated warm one to stand down, wasn't an option for him. Aaron wasn't a beggar! He's the kind of person, attackers plead and beg too!
Clenching his hands into fists as quickly as he could, he leaped as far as he could into the air, which managed to get him right above the man's head. For even though he was taller than he was, being short, still had its perks. Aiming his hand down directed at the man's head, he went for it. Once his hand make contact with the man's skull, he grunted, then gasped for air, as he felt a tight grip grab onto his ankle. Before he could take the chance to capture the breath that was stolen from him, his back hit the payment, and for the first time, he was sure if he'd get up again.
''Dammit.....'' Aaron whispered as painful breaths captured from all the pain, escaped through his mouth into the air, as his back was bent, straight into the air, for the pain he might've gotten had he laid with his body pressed against the payment. As uncomfortable as he was, the pain was less, the more he kept elevated. But in front of him, he could make out the taunting eyes of the man. The man with the pair of beaten crimson eyes. Some features along the man were the same as the raven man. The one from the club he'd been too. The one who was there, the moment he confessed about the truth of his powers, to Edward. The man responsible for criminals such as him. The banished ones from Nation Valley.
How pitiful? Can't even take care of a single job.....
''You shouldn't lay like that, you'll just hurt your back even more.'' Aaron clenched on his teeth, biting away as much anger as he could, for the angrier he got, the more pain exploded through him. But how could he expect himself to remain calm! Not when the bastards eyes were pressed straight on him. The bastard enjoyed watching him suffer. Without his powers, that's all he was, a mortal mean't to suffer, because of how weak their bodies are. Humans are weak, powerless creature. Helpless, Aaron certainly couldn't find himself wanting to ever become one.
''Shut up...don't think you-can taunt me....'' He whispered, in mouthfuls of escaped pain. He knew how weak he probably seemed at that moment, but as much as none of that concerned him, the thought of reflection came back to him. Then.....slowly.....the thought of death ran through his mind. As a mortal, his immortality had been stripped from him, which mean't, one hit in the wrong place, could very well cost him his life.
Was that truly what the man wanted to see happen? Surely, whatever remorse he'd once had, had been taken from him, the minuet he realized he'd been abandoned by the royal family, when Queen Jewel and King Clark banished him here. Along with the others, he hadn't yet met. As of now, Aaron was thankful for that.
The chance to be taken down in a one on one battle, seemed honourable.....
A crooked smile came over Aaron's face in under a few seconds. And as the pain became worse, as he felt his raw muscles starting to grow sore, and cramp up, mean't his bones were twisting, which eventually made him feel frozen. Freezing his movements, as his eyes wandered from side to side. Left with nothing but the sight of garbage, and followed by sand, and mud, as it laid out all around him. He was able to take in the stomping, booming sounds of the man's shoes, as he came towards him. His large shadow covering parts of his face, as Aaron still made an attempt to hiss at him, once he found his eyes.
''You don't deserve this, kid. You may be hotheaded, and stupid, but you don't deserve any of this. You should've just abandoned your friend, and saved yourself the trouble. For now, I can't allow you to survive....you understand though, don't you? It's nothing personal...''
As Aaron felt the man's strong hand press against his forehead, as he pressed half his body weight down on his forehead, Aaron was left to struggle. Try as best as he could, every muscle he tried to move, wouldn't obey him. As angry as he was with himself, he understood what was happening to him.
For the first time in his entire life, Aaron let out a weakened breath, as his fears melted away. He let himself remain still, as he could only feel the pressure as it was pushed down onto him.
Having your brain crushed? Not as awful as it sounds...If done correctly, the body barely feels a single thing....how unusual? Aaron could make out every single word, as it was said in his mind, although he didn't care much for last words. There wasn't enough words in the entire world, he'd truly miss more, so the point seemed worthless.
Last words truly didn't matter....
Most likely last words are simply words, people think that person wants to hear. It's never truly what the person's thinking. A almost dying person would never speck the truth as their last words. Then they'd die knowing someone out there, held resentment towards them. Hatred towards them. No, most last words are lies. Peaceful lies. Comforting, and stupid...
As Aaron felt the tension and pressure starting to grow more intense, a rather sharp pain, exploded in his chest. The explosion felt like shocks of bolts of lighting, as his veins popped underneath his skin, as his blood boiled, and took on the deadly temperature of a volcano. Before he could process what was happening to him, he felt the heavy weight of pressure from his forehead, suddenly lift, as the screams of the man loomed in his air. Sitting up as carefully as he could, the pain in his back suddenly vanished, as his sore muscles didn't seem so sore anymore.
His body was now on fire. The boiling temperature, as the palms of his hands resembled the color red. With his eyes closed, and body relaxed, he reframed from touching his face, as fear he'd start to melt, worried him a tiny bit. With his only chance, presenting its self to him, he was off. Charing towards the man with all might, the dust and mud attracted behind his feet, came off as red lighting.
And for a split second, his entire body loomated, and the color red was seen all around him. Charing with his leg pulled out in front of his body, he kicked as hard as he could. The man with his last few gaps of burning pain, went down without even a single last attack. By his remaining dull breaths, Aaron could tell he wasn't dead. As a relief, Aaron wouldn't be deemed a murderer today, he turned away from the sight of the unconscious, burned, body, and turned his head.
As seconds passed, and Aaron was satisfied once his spit had finally hit the guy, he was off. Returning down the alleyway, he'd just been down, hopefully able to find a place to finally get to sleep. As he walked, he could still feel the small leftover burns, and raw pain of his burning joins, as the burning energy thrashing through his chest, still remained. Even though his physical body was exhausted, his mind and sudden new power, were at its strongest.
