Why every game should have good music.

So In every game theres one thing that always makes me play longer. Be it Skyrim and their majestic Dovatounge music, or Nier:Replicant or Nier:Automata with a score that will make your cry, whats the 1 thing both games have in commen.

Both have won multiple awards. With Skyrim being the Most played game and a game that broke records, to Nier:Automata winning a best score and music award.

Neither would have been as succesful without their music. When I think of Skyrim I think 3 things: Dragon's, Fus Ro Dah, and somebody yelling "Dovakin! Dovakin!"

With Nier:Automata I think of 3 thing: Robots, Thicc androids, and a soundtrack that I have cried too.

When Music is implemented into a game, the game is usally better because the music sort of manipulates emotions. Music whwn usung certain tones and pitches, it can manipulate the main emotions of a person. Thats why in Skyrim when you kill a dragon and absorb their soul, you hear this bombastic, loud, and bass filled 10 second music clip. Making you feel excited, happy, and acomplished at your victory.

The reason I talk about this is because of a game I play alot called; Genshin Impact, and mainly their Character Demo's. Where in this 2 - 4 minute long showcase, they present a new character with their abilities, and main theme.

And I started listning to 2 showcase songs.

Zhongli: The Listner

and

The Immovable God and Eternal Enthumiya

Both are bombastic, one using traditional Violin, the other using Japanese drums, both ending in an bass filled epic ending. With Zhongli, the listner somehow using trap remixed Violin.

How do they think of this? Like go listen to them both, I'll wait. They are seriously fucking gorgeous. I recommend watching on youtube though. Spotify version isn't as good.
