Looking at Miss John, Brent furrowed his brow, "I supposed I did! And why are you all here, have you completed your work?"

The others heard him saying as he turned towards them, "You all can return to your task, and Miss John I will need those reports next five minutes."

Turning once more to Jessy ignoring Miss John, knowing she was about to protest and said with confidence, "Miss Albert is not hurt."

From the way he spoke, Jessy suspected immediately he was agitated about something so she didn't reply to him and just looked at the others who were still staring her down. She could see envy and jealousy written all over their faces. Jessy knew then they all louted her, especially Miss John.

The only person who sympathized with her was Miss James who instructed the others to move on quickly at that moment.

Miss John had no choice but to follow the orders, she wanted to refute Miss James'' but in front of the Boss, she held her tongue and followed the command.

Jessy did not take her eyes off Miss John and she could see from the expression on her face, that she wanted to make a point but she just did as everyone did and left without saying what was on her mind. Thinking that was a good thing because she would have been more embarrassed.

Looking into his eyes Jessy could see his wicked smile and understand how inappropriate she was looking in his sight.
