The Orcs Campsite

The sky is painted red by the sun's rays. Ash meets David and Hazel downstairs for breakfast. The inn is rowdy as usual. The young adventurers scarf down their food and hurry to the Guild. They rush in and ask for a quest from the Guildmaster.

"Welcome! Ready for your first quest as Silver Adventurers." the Guildmaster said

"Yeah, but before that, who was that man last night?" Ash asked

"My friends keep telling me that I missed someone who was insanely powerful." David added.

"Oh yes. He is one of the strongest Adventurers ever of all time. He has mastered all forms of Energy and magic, except for Cosmic. He has also created Plasma Energy, a powerful blast that cuts through anything." the Guildmaster explained, "His name, I mustn't say."

"Then how about you set us up with a good quest." David said

"Here you go. Mind you, this will be much more difficult than your Copper ones." TheGuildmaster warned

David opened it up and was shocked when he read what they had to do. The quest was to defeat a group of Orcs that were raiding nearby villages. They would have to attack their hideout and kill all ten of them. Orcs are stronger goblins but weaker than Ogres. Orcs and goblins are roughly the same size.

"Wow, that's an insane quest!" Ash said, "How can we possibly beat this?"

"We'll just take it one step at a time" David suggested, "Let's get started."

The Guildmaster was kind enough to tell them where the Orcs were last seen, but did not guarantee that they would still be there. David returned home and told his parents that he would be gone for a few days. David, Ash, and Hazel packed up for the next Adventure. The trip would take more than twelve hours to get to where the Orcs were reported. They stop at a forested area and camp for the night. It is a peaceful night. David, Hazel, and Ash take turns sharing about their past. The camp fire crackles as the logs turn to ash. The stars pierce the dark sky. The sublime moon illuminates the dark forest. After a long day of walking, they reach the Orc camp. David and Ash sneak towards the entrance while Hazel watches the front. When they see that no one is around, they enter the campsite. The Orcs were all gathered around a fire. David and Ash begin to fight the Orcs. Every time they strike a blow, the Orcs counterattack. Hazel uses fire Energy to distract the Orcs, giving David and Ash an opening to strike them. After killing five orcs, They quickly retreat and run away. The other five run after them. Hazel is surprised that the Orcs weren't any more difficult than the Copper level monsters. She uses all of her Energy to create a wall of flame. The flames shoot out like a geyser, engulfing all the Orcs. They return to the camp and grab things that could hold value. David rips out a tooth of a slain Orc as proof.
