"Hey, what club did I join?"
"Uh. Well…"
I guess I should've not asked James and skip club because…
"Oh. Welcome to the club. You seem to remember your way here."
Luke
'President of English Club'
"Oh. Uh, I forgot he's in this club."
Sabrina
'Secretary of English Club'
"How come you two have high roles in this club?"
They explain it in a simple way. There's only 30 members in this club and only 15 or less come everyday. With both of them being the active member, they get the high position. I guess, their talent in talking is what made them active in this club.
"What about the vice president or the treasure?"
"We don't have them." Sabrina wasn't that disappointed about the news.
"I guess I don't have any position either, do I?"
"Yes."
Slowly, a few members came in and this week, there's 13 people attending. Probably those who didn't come are seniors. And today, they just planned to play scrabble because we need to do an activity that the secretary can report.
"I don't know how to play it."
"Just learn it." Luke said as he started with his first word.
Right after 30 minutes, they let their members go home early. Then, those two proceed to force me to learn how to play this. I am a member too. Can I just go home?
"Hey, isn't it weird how they're dating but Franz keeps ignoring Rianne?"
Luke's questions made Sabrina startle.
"Well! They're definitely dating! Franz is just like how he is, y'know~ Being distant because he's new to the dating world! So you should not bother the girl anymore!"
Both me and Luke look at each other because we know damn well this woman isn't fooling anyone. From the look, if you're smart enough, you could sense that they're not actually dating.
"Damn, that reason was not believable. The author makes me look like an idiot."
Author?
"What–"
Luke just sighs and continues the game as if he didn't hear Sabrina just now. Is she…a reincarnator as well? What in the world…
Luke left first due to the fact that he's getting bored of the game. Sabrina starts to pack up and leave but I can't just ignore that word just now. I need to know why she said 'author' and why she sounds like someone who was reborn again.
I NEED TO SOLVE THIS–
"Welcome back, Mister Charles."
You see, if you thought I actually care enough about her breaking the fourth wall, no I don't care. I went straight to the kitchen and Helena helped prepare the food for me. Today's main menu is delicious!
Sweet and sour chicken.
Franz texted me. Huh, wait what? Where did he get my phone number?
~~~~
F: What is the best solution to make your presence stronger so that ghosts won't be near you?
C: How would I know? Just go to god and pray or something.
F: Do you always pray?
C: No lmao. I am not that religious.
~~~~
Franz would probably regret texting me. But it's weird because out of all people, he's asking for my advice. The supporting character, Charles. While enjoying my food I come across a video online about something that can help Franz.
~~~~
C: [Attachment]
F: Why the f*ck did you send me a video of how to become a priest.
C: I thought that would help, lmao
Done with bullsh*tting the male lead, I went to wash my dishes out of kindness and clean myself before my evening naps. Homework? Who does homework in the comic world? Besides, I already graduated once.
Dinner time, I went downstairs and before we could eat, my mother answered a video call. Ah, my dear father.
"Hello you two~"
"Hey honey. We were just about to have dinner."
"I see. Then, enjoy your dinner. I just want to check on you guys. What did you do today, Charles?"
Hm, how should I answer this? If I answer it as short as possible, my father would think I am not interested in talking with him but if I answer for too long…It would delay the dinner time.
"I want a new phone."
"Ah. Right, I can get that for you. What about you honey? Do you want anything?"
"Just a simple dress would do."
The call ended there and my mother tried her best to talk about the day with me. Since, father is the one who actually carries the conversation usually. Father is the extrovert that keeps the two introverts talking.
"How was school?"
"It's good. I have a club today."
"Ah yes. It's wednesday."
The dinner ends there and we continue spending our free time watching drama with a cup of tea. Too fancy for me but I have to adapt to the new lifestyle. Besides, it's not that bad considering how calming this is.
