The Secret

Alen: "So, what's your name?"

??? The Reaper ???: "Haven't I told you already? It's Reaper."

Alen: "No. Your real name."

??? The Reaper ???: *sigh* "It's Ned."

Rico: "Ned?" *laughs* "What a name for a psychopath!"

Alen: "Rico!"

Rico: "Oops! Heheh, sorry."

Alen: "So, why did you lie about people calling you The Reaper? I know that's just a name you always use for a game."

Ned: "Well, I always wanted to sound like a pro player so people got scared and I got the upper hand. Just like you. I know you're a pro player, Alen Kristoff."

Alen: *blush* "Well, it's not like I won every game."

Stella: "Shut up! You never get below the third position!"

Aiden: "And you always teaches us to play games. That's how we became pro players."

Alen: "Shut up!"

Ned: *laughed* "You Elite Pros got talent. Unlike me."

Alen: "That's not true. I saw some potential on you. The way you play... it's good enough. You can be a pro player one day but, scaring people and make yourself sound like one just make you sound like a fraud.

Stella: "Sheesh Alen, I think you're being too rude."

Ned: "No no, it's true I just realized it, I am a fraud."

Alen: "But that doesn't mean you'll stay fraud forever."

Ned: *shocked*

Alen: "If you've realized it you'll know what to do. Us humans makes mistakes but we don't want the same mistake twice."

Ned was touched by Alen's words.

Alen: "Well, let's go find a place to stay. Now that we have a clan, we can set a place as our home base and we could teleport there whenever we feel like it. We can change it anytime we want so, don't worry."

Rico: "Then, how about my place?"

Alen: "I don't think it would fit for all of us."

Aiden: "Why don't we just stay on that apartment?"

Alen: "I mean we could but, are you sure? People could've stayed there already."

Ned: "I know a place."

The rest: "Huh?"

Ned: "I know where we could stay."

Alen: "Really? Where is it?"

Ned: "It's not that far from here. It's quite cozy too."

Rico: "Sure! I'm down!"

Alen: "Is it enough for all of us!"

Ned: "It is."

Alen: "Ok then, let's check the place out."

The rest of the team followed Ned to the place he's talking about.

Third day since game started

21:35 p.m.

Ned: "Here it is."

The rest of the team was amazed. The place was big.

Rico: "Yo! This place looks cool!"

Alen: "How did you find this place?"

Ned: "It's my old mans house."

The rest froze and shocked.

Aiden: "You have a house in Japan? This big?"

Rico: "Are there any other houses that your dad own other than in New York?"

Alen: "Are there any other way to make you guys stop being so nosy!" *sigh* "The place is good enough so let's set this as our home base for now."

The rest agreed and decided to use Neds fathers house as their home base. It's almost midnight and the rest are asleep. Except for Ned and Alen.

Alen: "Can't sleep?"

Ned: "Yeah."

Alen: "I wanna ask you something."

Ned: "Want a drink? Let's talk while having a drink."

Alen: "Sure."

Ned: "So, what kind of drink do you want?"

Alen: "A glass of water is enough."

Ned: "Sure." *pour some water* "So, what do you want to ask?"

Alen: "I know you know something about this game. Tell me everything you know."

Ned: *giggled* "Well, it's no surprise for someone like you to ask something like that."

Alen: "To the point."

Ned: "Ok ok! But, I can't tell you too much."

Alen: "Why?"

Ned: "Because he's watching."

Alen: "The game developer?"

Ned: "Yes."

Alen: "Alright then, just tell me anything that you can tell me."

Ned: "My dad actually helped the game developer to make this killing game."

Alen: (What?)

Ned: "Actually, more like he forced my dad to. He threaten my dad to help him. If not... he will kill my dad."

Alen: "Then? Your father helped him?"

Ned: "Yes. After the game was finished, my dad brought me to him and he forced me to play this game and kill people or else, he will kill my dad. That's why I've been killing people. That's all I can tell you."

Alen: "Why did you agree?"

Ned: "Isn't it obvious? To avoid getting my father killed."

Alen: "I wouldn't do that if I were you."

Ned: "What?"

Alen: "I would reject his orders."

Ned: "Are you crazy? Are you not scared of losing your parents!" *grabs Alen* "Look! Maybe it's easy for you to say! But it's harder than you thought! I'd rather go around killing people than losing my father!"

Alen: "And you think your father will happy about this?"

Ned: *shocked* *released Alen*

Alen: "Your father didn't know about this right?"

Ned: "No he doesn't."

Alen: "Of course he doesn't. What kind of parent would agree and be happy seeing his child going around killing people for his own sake."

Ned: "Then, what else could I do?"

Alen: "So what?"

Ned: "Huh?"

Alen: "Say it to him, the game developer. So what."

Ned: "You think that would help?! Just saying two simple words! Why would I waste my words that would do nothing!"

Alen: "Because it would do something!"

Ned: *shocked* "What do you mean?"

Alen: "He wouldn't dare to defy you! Say those words! He wouldn't dare to defy someone with fearless eyes like you!"

Ned: *shocked*

Alen: "When we get out of this game, say it to him!"

Alen's words touched Neds heart again. It reached him.

Fourth day since game started.

09:30 a.m.

Rico: *Yawn*

Aiden: "You have enough sleep?"

Rico: "Of course I do."

Alice: "Hey Alen!"

Alen: "Yes ma'am!"

Alice: *giggled* "Can you train me on how to use the camouflage skill?"

Alen: "Oh sure! So you've unlocked the camouflage skill?

Alice: "Yup!"

Alen: "Alright, we'll train at the backyard."

Alice: "Ok!"

Ned: "Hey Alen!"

Alen: "Hm?"

Ned: "Umm, thank you... for yesterday and... I'm sorry that I grabbed you."

Alen: "It's okay. Anytime."

Alice: *Confused* "W-w-What did you guys do yesterday? Alen, d-d-did you." *shocked* "Y-y-you also do it to men? P-pervert!"

Alen: "Huh! What? What did you just think right now? I would never do such thing!"

Alice: "Then what did you do to him?"

Alen: *Smiled* "Just giving him a word of advice."

Alice: *Shocked* "O-oh. Well, you better train me well today!"

Alen: *Scared* "Roger that!"
