"... I can make them shut up for you."

The bell rang.

Haydar, however, still walking leisurely toward his class, hummed merrily as he play the bottle of juice in his hand. As soon as he reached his class, he stopped for a while and checked how he smile. Satisfied with his smile, he entered the class and directly walked to Raina's table, ignoring some horrified gaze from the students.

He saw her covering her face with her book, thinking that she was still angry with him. So he put the bottle of juice on her table and said to her quietly, "… Don't be angry. I bought this for you…"

Soon after he said this, he saw Raina show her face to him, found that she was actually holding her laughter. He was bewitched by her as always but still asked, "… Is something funny??"

"Not really…" Raina then noticed the drink on her table then looked up at him suspiciously, "Do you actually know what I like to drink?"

"Well, I only know you like this juice," Haydar then turned around to put down his backpack and sat down on his seat, "Back then when you cried, you ask me to buy a dozen of this juice. So I thought you must be really like this drink."

Holding the bottle, she struggled to recall such an embarrassing scene and vaguely remembered that she indeed had asked him to buy it for her. She awkwardly put the bottle into her drawer and snorted, "Well, I won't thank you!"

Haydar watched her embarrassed at her childhood, he deliberately said, "Not only that, but I also remember the other things. When you fell on your butts, you want me to piggyback you--"

He stopped talking after he saw Raina tear a paper from her notebook, crumpled it then threw it rudely at him. Rather than dodging, he caught the paper ball, "Oh, it's a gift from my fairy, I should cherish it."

Rolling her eyes, she thought he was just joking but then Raina really saw him smoothing the ball paper and putting it inside his book carefully as if it was a treasure. After that he looked at her with an evil smiled on his face.

She stared at him in disbelief turned her head away silently, acting as if she never knew this unexpectedly a perverted person. Just in time, the teacher entered the class. She felt powerless and didn't want to chat with this guy anymore.

Two lessons soon passed, and now was the lunch break.

After tidying her books, she planned to go to the canteen like usual to eat. However, as soon as she stood up, Haydar also stood up following her. She turned her head to him and realized that this guy probably would pester her.

"You--" Raina was about to chase him away suddenly recall the story from that Sekar previously.

This guy had already threatened the students in his class on the day he transferred here was actually pretty unbelievable. But then again, this guy right now might already become a bully in the eyes of the students.

She glanced around the class and found them really treated the two of them as air and sighed in her heart. She then walked out of the class without saying anything to him.

Haydar's eyes lit up after seeing that she didn't chase him away, and happily walked behind her to the canteen.

On lunch break, the pretty large canteen was full of students and soon Raina and Haydar joined this crowd. They bought the food they wanted and sat on the empty seats they found.

Although Haydar loved to tease her, when eating he was as silent as people in the library… no, even the people in the library won't be as silent as he was. But his speed of eating was twice as her. So when she just ate half of the bowl, he had already finished.

Taking another spoon, Raina peeked at the person in front of him. He was observing the food sellers then turned his head to face her when he felt her sight.

Haydar grinned at her, "Don't eat too fast, or you'll choke."

Raina who watched him eating fast previously: "…" I should be saying that to you.

She lowered her head in silence and continued to eat slowly.

Not far from their table, a commotion occurred, and the students began to avoid the commotion scene and watched from afar.

A girl yelled loudly, "Oh, Senior Sister! You said you didn't seduce my boyfriend but what?! He keeps on hanging around you every day!"

"Sigh, hear me out, Junior Sister. There are so many guys approaching me, and I don't even know which one is your boyfriend." Another girl responded with a relaxed tone but sounded a bit arrogant.

Hearing this familiar voice, Raina couldn't help but watched the commotions.

She saw three girls seems to be in a group, and one of them had gaudy makeup standing in front of the two, seems like the leader. From the sign on their uniform sleeve, they were first-grader. Then she shifted her eyes to the other party and sure enough, she was Sekar…

Different from the timid and very behaving attitude when she was talking to her previously, right now she had a whole different aura. She folded her arms and raised her chin arrogantly. Her eyes stared at the girls in front of her as if they were just some insignificant things.

The leader girl clenched her fists and blurted out some curses out of anger, "You are so happy being surrounded by guys every day? Are you a bitch or something, hah?! Did you get paid?!"

Many students who heard such dirty words coming from the girl's mouth couldn't help but frown, including Raina and Sekar. The two girls behind their leader noticed it and tried to prevent her from saying more.

Sekar frowned in disgust at her but still advise her, "Junior Sister, are you throwing your good girl image just for a guy who's not loyal to you? Think more about it. Although I don't know who's your boyfriend, knowing that he chase after someone else even after he has a girlfriend… He's shameless--"

"What shameless? You're the shameless one, you bitch!!" The girl exploded after listening to her humiliating her boyfriend.

Haydar didn't care about the fight between girls yet seeing that Raina frowning and looked a bit uncomfortable, he asked, "Is it too noisy?"

It wasn't noisy, but the girl's words were not appropriate and really uncomfortable to be heard. Raina was hesitant at first then shook her head, "… No, let them be. Let's not get involved."

"If you're uncomfortable, I can make them shut up for you," Haydar said softly while taking out some tissues and making them into a ball.

Raina who knew his intentions called out, "Hey--"

But before she managed to stop him, he had already thrown the ball tissue toward the angry girl. The ball tissue hit right on her face, making her even more fuming.

The girl turned her head in the direction of the ball tissue coming and searched the person who threw it. She yelled angrily, "Who dares to throw it to me?!"

"I dare. What? Are you asking for a fight?"

An indifferent voice sounded. The crowds shifted to the guy who just talked, including the angry girl and Sekar.

They saw a handsome guy sitting with a beautiful girl at one table. He had a cool hairstyle, a piercing in his ear, and wore his uniform like an ordinary shirt. The same across their minds, he was a bad boy and a bully.

The angry girl was really mad that she didn't care whether the guy was a bully or not. She screamed at him, "What?! You're the one who's asking for a fight!! Meddling in my affairs!!"

The crowds turned their gaze to the guy, waiting for his response.

They saw the guy look at the girl without concealing his disdain and said sarcastically, "Me? Asking for a fight? Hah!" The guy sneered mockingly as he leaned on his seat, "You're not my opponent at all, weakling."

"You--!!" The angry girl pointed at him looking so crazy.

"Don't be so confident in yourself. I don't want to meddle in your unworthy matters. But your filthy words have made my fairy here feel uncomfortable. So shut that nasty mouth of yours up."

They watched the guy warn as he stared at the girl with scary eyes as if he could make the girl really couldn't open her mouth again. They thought that this guy might be really loved his girlfriend to the point of threatening a girl, couldn't help but look at the beauty beside him.

Different from their thoughts, Sekar silently recalled what Raina said in the morning and her eyes were filled with questions. Didn't she say he wasn't her boyfriend? But this bully said she was his girlfriend? So which one was the truth?

Raina felt their sights then she lowered her head pretending not to care and continued eating. But inside her heart, she was complaining at Haydar dragging her abruptly and making her also the center of their attention.

Haydar added more, "Ah, and didn't you say that your boyfriend is hanging around another girl?" He clicked his tongue thrice and sneered as he pointed at her face, "Please take your mirror out and see for yourself. With a very gaudy and ghostly make-up on that wide face of yours, I guess it's normal for him peering at other girls-- Yes or not?" In the last sentence, he said it while looking at the male students around him.

"Although I don't want to meddle but, yes, Junior Sister, you should learn about make-up more."

"Junior Sister, if you can't do make-up just used a bit of powder and lips balm."

The male students echoed one by one, even some female students also suggested to her about the make-up.

"Your make-up is too ghostly, maybe your boyfriend is afraid of you!"

The last comment made almost the whole canteen laugh.

The angry girl who heard their comments couldn't help it anymore. She was so embarrassed that she shed tears and ran away out of the canteen in silence, followed by the other two worried girls.

The crowds soon faded, and the commotions just now didn't even affect them.

Watching the girls leave, Raina turned her head to Haydar and asked, "Don't you think you're too harsh?"

"I don't think so. Do you think so?" After answering, Haydar saw her become silent. He smiled softly, "I know that you once feel that kind of situation, but you and she are a whole different matter."

Raina glanced up at him, "...How so?"

Haydar leaned back on his seat with a big grin, "Of course because your matters are more important than anything to me! And…" He saw her blank face and chuckled, "Seeing how she dare to confront someone in a place full of people, that girl has a big heart, don't worry."

"Geez… Who's worried about that dirty mouth girl…" She said silently then continued to eat a little bit of food left on her bowl.

From afar, Sekar saw that the of them had stopped talking, she took a deep breath and approached their table.

"That… Thank you for helping me indirectly…"

While Haydar only glanced at her indifferently, Raina nodded at her with a chewing mouth and gave her an OK sign with her hand.

Sekar sighed relief and wanted to say more but hesitate a moment. In the end, since she wasn't close to them, she couldn't say any more nonsense. She only said, "It's almost lesson time, I'll go back to class first."

Raina didn't say anything and let her leave, while Haydar found that she had finished eating. He stood up and held her drink for her, "Let's go too."

Raina hurriedly stood up and stretched her arm to him, "My drink!"

"It's cold, I'll hold it for you," Haydar said as he avoided her hand.

She frowned and still motionlessly stretched her arm, "Give me, I want to drink!"

"Fine--"

Haydar helplessly put the drink in her hand, but as soon as Raina held it she moved away from him and strode leaving him dumbfounded. Seeing her hurried figure, he smiled before running following her. He also didn't forget to yell.

"My fairy, wait for me!"

One day - 07

One day when Raina was watching an entertainment show on her phone...

The beautiful woman in the show: "Once in my high school, I was mocked by a handsome guy saying my make-up at that time was too gaudy and ghostly. That sentence has become my biggest inspiration on becoming a beauty vlogger and giving newbies some tricks so they can make up their face beautifully."

Raina: "…" The story seems familiar?? Where did she ever hear it??]
