54. The Saga Continues

GENERAL POV

"What happened sister, I thought you had solved the Hermione girl problem, where did she go?" Enid, or rather Lady Life, asks her sister.

"That stubborn girl, she broke the secret of the passage, using a hair of Evans. Now, the girl has tracked her soul, and will cross the veil, to go after him." Death was possessed, it was one more that went against her strength without receiving any punishment.

"Don't be like that sister, she's acting out of love. Isn't that cute?" Enid says her sister, with those cute cheeks and her smile. "I hope she does." she claps her hands, and crosses her fingers.

"You don't understand, sister. Now those pieces of soul are good for nothing but gathering dust. Everything the boy worked for, can be thrown away by this insistent girl.

Not to mention that the old man will strip him of all his powers for this, and will give him who knows what. I don't want to see my work in preparing it go to waste like that." She keeps stirring the air, trying something.

"Sister, just let it go. Anything, we can help you somehow indirectly. Just let it go." Enid rubs Wedsneyday's back with both hands. He just looks at her emotionlessly.

"Whatever. Come on, we still have a long way to go. I haven't figured out who my stalker is yet. Damn shit script." she huffs, and reappears at the filming location.

POV FAR UP

"You see, my boy, that's why I called you here. Your actions were good, but they cost many people dearly. Many have their hearts broken after their death. Not counting a certain girl." then the old man holds out his hand.

Like a puddle of water, the image of a woman, who still had the appearance of the girl named Hermione, had her wand held back and forth, writing and casting runes across an ominous arc.

"God, what is she actually doing?" I ask the old man, curious and worried.

"She's tracking your soul. That veil, it's one of the many passages in the vast multiverse, to other realities. She's trying to find where you were reborn, to come after you." he says, and sees me falling to my knees.

"Why?" is the only question I ask, without understanding.

"Love, child. As much as she wouldn't admit it, the way you treat everyone, take care of them, try to make them laugh, it made her love you. Now she wants to be with you. But that's where the problem lies. The The price of your pursuit is death." God responds sadly.

"No, it's not. Even if that means selling my soul to hell. You can't let her pay for that. She may love me, sir, but she doesn't deserve to die." I say, still on my knees and staring at him.

"I know child, and only you can save her. Her gift needs to be taken out, cleaned, and transferred to her. How it will manifest in her, we don't know, but that's it, the way to save her." he explains.

"Do." I respond instantly, without blinking.

"It will shatter your soul, and be lost in nothingness, child. You will go into oblivion, into the abyss, never to be reborn again." he emphasizes.

"Doesn't matter. Do it." I say even more seriously. I was tired of being a burden to people. It was like that on my first one, and now again. That's not what I want for the people I love.

"I already did, kid, and that's why you're here. Welcome to limbo, to nothing, to the end, to the beyond, to the far above. You were destined to be a ROB, but you exceeded my expectations with this decision.

Yes, I have the 3 Os, but I don't like to use them too much, it makes the whole thing dull you know. Well, here's your new Multiverse, and you're the one who's going to manage it all. Do as you see fit." he says, with a wide smile.

"Thanks for the words, God, but what about her?" I point to Hermione, who was stepping through the veil.

"Well, she went to a new reality, believing that's where you are. Like ROB, her soul is now in many places in the Multiverse it rules, so she went to one of them."

"That means she'll never find me, right?" I ask, unsure if I want to hear the answer.

"It depends on you." God says, and I make this super funny face, because he starts laughing. "You rule this multiverse boy, you can come and be anywhere, but let me explain the rules to you.

When and if, you go to any of the worlds, you can only take a small, or rather a tiny part of its power. To get around this rule, many ROBs either look for heroes, or make a hero themselves.

You take a power that fits that reality and go, just open a door. Ready resolved. But let me warn you, leaving the seat vacant can be dangerous, so I recommend getting your sisters to take care of the seat." He says, laughing.

"Wait, sisters? What sisters?" I ask, not understanding.

"Life, Death, Magic, Hope, Love, Time, Space, Reality, Void, Nothing. They are all considered the ROBs' sisters, or their husbands if they so choose." he now looks at me like I'm an idiot.

"Will you do this for me God? I need to find a certain girl and make her my wife." I say, looking around, looking for a door, which I don't see.

"Okay, but only if you call me Dad." he plays.

"Okay, Dad. Help me, please." I beg you, I was really worried about Hermione. And he starts laughing.

"Boy, use the 3 O's, you've got them, stop being stupid. Now stop the drama, calm down and use the skills you have." he slaps me on the back of the head, and leaves, slowly disappearing, laughing.

"It was just saying from the beginning that I have the 3 Os, old man." I growl, as thunder roars in the sky.

"I heard that, you insolent." his voice was frightening.

"Sorry Dad, still getting used to it." scratch the back of my head, and get the 3Os into action.

After figuring out where and when Hermione was, I made my Hero self, opened the door, turned off the 3 O's and walked through. Not without grumbling first.

"Shit, here we go again."
