Chapter 152

"Oh, guess what Jaysa." Erica spoke out."

"What is it?"

"Adam and I were finally able to get our own house. Since the expansion of the Kingdom. We were able to build new houses as you know. Jaysa remembered all of that. "Well, because of that. We were able to get our own him. So, we were thinking now that we have room. That we are thinking about finally starting our own family." Joy filled her face.

"That would be wonderful. That man seemed so polite. Nothing like my man." Jaysa joked.

"We had our hard times too. But yes. He is a wonderful man. I cannot see me anyone else but him." Erica giggled. "And I'm sure that your husband is not that bad. You said this before. But if he didn't really love you. He wouldn't have done this for you. He would've just ignored entirely. Especially since it was over 3 months ago that your birthday was." Jaysa knew that she couldn't disagree with that. Danzel had his moments. Yet, there were several times that he would do something that she wouldn't expect him to do. So when he does it. It really surprises her. It makes her think again about the man. Just thinking now. She knows how much he had changed since the first time that they met. She was happy now. Even if she did make fun of the man every now and then.

"Who is ready for some cake!" A voice was heard. The maids had brought in several cakes that were three towers high. The food that was on the tables were almost gone and filled with more to replace what was eaten. This was not as big of a party like her husbands. It was not filled to the brim like her husbands was. It was a small gathering for her and her close friends.

"I am!" Jaysa got up from her seat. She made her way over to the maids and checked out the decoration of the cake. She had not seen something with such colors before. Even her own cake at the wedding was not as colorful. There were many things that she didn't pay attention to that time. She wished that she had paid more attention now. She was sure that there was so many things that she had missed.

"Miss. Let me go cut this for you and your friends. So please go back to your seat and I will get you your piece okay." Jaysa followed the young woman's request and made her way back to her seat.

The cake she ate was delicious. She always loved eating things that she doesn't normally have. She didn't have cake during her husband's party due to her getting sick. So she was overjoyed to be able to eat something so sweet now. She had a few pieces since they were small and Danzel had to put in his two cents in. Of course Jaysa would ignore him, or joke around with him. He was used to her acting this way. Because it was a special day for her, he allowed it to pass. But if it was another day. He wouldn't forgive her.

It was hard for Jaysa to say her goodbyes. She didn't want to leave the women. She wanted to hang out with them so more. However, it was getting late and she knew that they had their own families to go to. So walked all the other women out of the castle and to their carriages. Jaysa made her way over to Erica's carriage and spoke to her before allowing her leave.

"I want you to promise me. Once you find out that you are starting a family. Let me know right away. Okay. I want to be there for you and Adam." Erica grabbed Jaysa into a hug.

"I really want to think you so much for everything that you have done. We wouldn't be here if you haven't helped in making the changes that you did. I am actually really grateful that you married the King. I can tell that you are deeply cared for. I can tell that you guys are wonderful together." Erica let go of Jaysa. She was happy hearing something like that from a friend. She knew everything that had happened between her and Danzel. So, her saying something like that only warmed her heart.

"Thank you."

Jaysa waived her hands at the carriages as they all left. Even though the girls couldn't see her. She did it anyway. Once the carriages were out of sight, Jaysa turned to go back into the castle. She saw Danzel standing in the entrance. Jaysa made her way over to the man and gave him a hug.

"I want to thank you for letting me celebrate a wonderful day. Even though it was not my birthday. To celebrate it itself was a wonderful thing that you did." Danzel leaned down and kissed Jaysa on the lips.

"Your birthday is not over yet." Danzel broke the kiss for a moment before he licked Jaysa's lips. Jaysa opened her mouth allowing the man to push his tongue inside her mouth. One of his hands grabbed her waist and pulled her closer to him.

"Not here." Jaysa gasped out. Danzel smirked.
