Salem was woken up by a panicked voice asking something. "She is alive, right doctor, she will survive this," and much more questions were asked by the voice Salem found was very familiar. It was the voice of her aunt, Yukiko.

She slowly opened her eyes and sat up. Taking a look around, she saw her aunt shaking the doctor who carried her to the bed and asking him question after question. "If you would turn around miss Toga you could see that your niece is well and awake. It seems that your voice woke her up." The doctor of whom Salem still didn't know the name said to her calmly.

"What! Why didn't you say so earlier," Yukiko said while whipping her head around "Salem dear, I heard what happened. I am so sorry for you. Are you ok?" Yukiko unleashed her ultimate attack on Salem, asking questions so fast, that when you finished thinking about an answer for the first question she already had asked you ten more.

"Miss I think that is enough for now Mrs. Toga. She just woke up." The doctor said calmly once more, but Salem could see his eyebrows twitching slightly in annoyance. Then he turned to Salem. "Salem, you seem to be fine, although I am not sure how. You had many broken bones and fractures. I am guessing it is a sub ability of your Quirk but is not entirely sure. Anyway look out for anything unusual happening and if you notice something then tell it to me, your aunt, or any other adult that can help you reach out to the hospital, you have to remember great power always comes at a great cost."

"Mr. Doctor I don't know why but I can't touch the sunlight without feeling pain. Is that something you meant?" Salem asked. The memory of the things that happened on the rooftop is still fresh in her mind. "Hmmm, what do you mean with that, Salem?" Yukiko wanted to know. "Before I went to sleep I was on the rooftop looking at the city, but then I felt pain coming from my forehead. After some testing, I found out that the sunshine caused that pain." She answered.

Before Yukiko had a chance to scream in disbelief and unleash her ultimate attack once more the Doctor spoke up. "Mrs. Toga if you will get hysterical I will have to kick you out of the room, so please remain silent. Maybe there is a simple solution to the problem." Then he walked over to a phone on the wall and dialed a number.

"Hey, Bob can you come over we need your quirk for a moment." He said and then put the phone into the bracket. "My assistant will be over soon. He has a Quirk that measures pain and where it is located, it is useful for such situations."

Some minutes later Bob opened the door and walked in. "You said you needed my Quirk, sir." "Yes, Bob could you use your Quirk on this girl specifically her hand? And how often do I have to remind you to not call me sir, it makes me feel old." After Bob nodded he walked over to Salem and put his hand on her left hand. "Alright done." He said and stepped back. Salem's hand now glowed faintly red and red transparent numbers appeared over her hand.

"Alright now I will inject your hand with a painkiller." After he had done that Salem was asked to put her hand into the sun. When the Sunshine hit her hand the red glow identified and the number rises. The number stopped at 47.

"The numbers Doctor, what do they mean?" Yukiko, who had calmed down, asked the Doctor. "They show us how much the nerves are irritated in percent. And 47 is way over the normal result."

Now he turned to Salem and continued. "Young girl it seems like you will need to avoid the sun as I can't dive you painkillers working on the whole body and I have never heard of anything that would cause you to be negatively affected by the sun. Except for a Quirk's side effects, of course, but the only Quirk with such side effects I can recall right now would be the Vampire Quirk, but the last one died over 40 Years ago, killed by a party named Darkness, I believe. That fight turned a whole part of the African rainforest into a place filled with sand and ash. And everything that walks into that area dies instantly. But enough of that. I recommend going to a night school and finishing your education there. And if I hear something that could help with your condition I will inform you of it. For now, I think it is better if you walk around carrying an umbrella designed to block out the sun and..."

He suddenly held a normal rag above the hand of the sale so the sun was blocked and the transparent numbers were divided in half but still there. And it took a moment but the numbers jumped from 47 to 1~2 which was the normal irritation through the air and other influences. "Oh? Interesting. Anyway, I recommend wearing long clothes and thin gloves maybe so the sun can not reach where the umbrella does not cover you with its shade."

"Ok, Doctor but when can I go home?" Salem asked not really comprehending the situation as she is only 7 years old. The doctor smiled at that. "You will have to wait as it is the day right now and the painkillers won't work for your whole body. You can't go into the sun without pain and as you have to drive with your aunt to get home it should first turn night." "Oh, doctor I think I have a blanket in my car so she can cover herself with it." Yukiko suddenly began to talk. "Hmm, that should work. ok then I will register Salem as healthy with a special condition and you can go home after that because I still need your information."

And soon enough Salem and Yukiko were on their way home. Better said on the way to Yukiko's home.
