Celine Margaret Galvez is a graduating law student from the University of the Philippines Diliman. Several days after she broke up with her boyfriend, she found out that she was already pregnant. 
And the father of her child is the famous medical student- Lorenzo Greyson Eleanor; the smart, cold, and drop dead georgeous first born of a prominent family in La Cuevas, Cebu. 

But Celine knew very well that she wouldn't be able to give her child the ideal family for most of the people. Because Loren Grey, is  too bright, too good, and too high like the stars.

WHEN THE STAR FALLS

　　My eyes widened, " Mom, I promised I would become a lawyer, just trust me." I tried to be as calm as I could. I have no right to raise my voice to my mother, I understand her.


　　" I'm at the right age, and I'm making sure Loren won't affect my studies. In fact, we're working with this together, I won't let you down, ma .. believe me."


　　Mama stared at me, her every breath became heavy as we stared. I didn’ t let go of her eyes because I wanted to prove to her that I am serious. I will stand up for Loren. I will study for them and I will be a lawyer for dad and myself. That was my plan.


　　The wave is over but mama still doesn't talk to me. I gasped as I looked up at the sky. Here I am now outside our house, inside the yard, sitting on a wodden long chair. I will return to Quezon later in the morning, but I still couldn't sleep.
