Chapter - 121 ( Exam )
It had been a week for things to settle down at the Academy, though people were still talking about dating Chifuyu.
"Hello, Cloud Strife"-said Laura as she walked to where the blond boy was.
"What do you need, Laura?" - Cloud asked with surprise, after all, Laura only saw to talk to him when it was about her 'marriage' or related topics.
"I came to ask you a question..."-said the girl from Germany seriously as she took four photos-"I want you to choose one..."
"What are you doing, Laura-chan?" - Charlotte asked, only to blush at the content of the photos - "Why are you showing him some pictures of you in a bathing suit?!"
"It's because I want you to give me your honest opinion..." - Laura replied calmly - "Clarissa told me that this was an important Event and I needed to arm myself as best I could... but since I don't have information about Cloud's likes Strife, I decided to ask you first to prevent problems."
"I see... that's an interesting thought... as if I said that?!" - Charlotte yelled with a red face - "You can't just show a boy your photos in underclothes!"
"He is my future husband and as such, it is obvious that she will see me naked"-Laura said as she tilted her head in confusion-"Isn't that normal?"
"They're not even in a relationship yet!" - exclaimed the girl from France - "Come... I'll be the one to help you with the swimsuit, besides... don't you think that a surprise attack is much more impressive?"
"Right... thanks for the advice"-the silver-haired girl nodded as she let herself be carried away by Charlotte.
"Ok, that was weird"-muttered the blonde as he shook his head.
"Cloud-kun!" Cecilia exclaimed with a big smile as she walked to the place where she was.
"What's wrong, Cecilia?" Cloud asked curiously.
"I-I was wondering if you could come with me to... w-well... shop for a new swimsuit..." - said the red-faced girl from UK. She had worked up the courage to ask this because she had read in a magazine that this was one of the fastest and most effective ways to gain the attention of the boy she liked.
Cloud was about to reply when he saw Houki walk up to her desk, "Houki?"
"Cloud, I want you to come with me to buy a new swimsuit" - said Houki with a slight blush.
"I'm sorry, Houki-chan, but I already asked you for that favor" - Cecilia said with annoyance.
"Hmm... has he given you an answer?" Houki asked as he looked at his friend.
"N-No… but he was about to do it"-Cecilia said hopefully as she looked at the blond boy-"Will you come with me?"
"I'm sure he will accompany me"-Houki replied calmly-"After all, he promised me a prize for my efforts during the tournament and I still haven't received it"
"What are they doing?" Charlotte asked when she saw that her friends had gathered together with her boyfriend.
"From what I could hear, they are inviting Cloud Strife to help them choose a new bathing suit" - Laura answered calmly as she shook her head realizing that she could have used that strategy too.
"Are you asking my boyfriend?" Charlotte asked with a big smile.
"Let's be honest, Charlotte-san... he's not just your boyfriend, after all, Maya sensei already made her relationship with him clear during the week"- Cecilia answered seriously while the Francia girl frowned slightly. Maya had revealed that she was in an intimate relationship with Cloud to the entire Academy and in the process making quite a few enemies.
"Ok, it's true that he's not just my boyfriend anymore... but that doesn't change the fact that you guys are trying to seduce him"-snorted the girl from France as she looked at her friends/rivals.
The other girls looked back at him as lightning began to leave, not noticing that Cloud had disappeared from the place while they were fighting.

"This is getting a bit annoying…" Cloud mumbled as he shook his head. The situation in this world was very different from Highschool of the Dead regarding the girls, after all, in that world, they were busy surviving and the girls despite having some jealousy towards each other, stuck together because it was the best way forward. On the other hand, in this world, since everything is in relative peace, the girls spend their time fighting to show who is the one at the top of the pyramid.
"Trouble in paradise?" -asked Tatenashi as she hid her smile with a fan- "It seems that the life of a Harem Manga Protagonist is not as easy as he thought"
". . ." -Cloud just gave her a calm look while the girl kept a smile on her face- "Do you need something, Tatenashi?"
"Of course" -the blue-haired girl agreed as she looked at the blond boy with amusement- "Remember that we are in the middle of a game, so it is time to start our first Round"
"I see…" Cloud nodded as he looked at the girl, "Although I'm surprised you chose this moment"
"In two weeks, you will travel to the Island Together with your class and stay there for at least a week" - replied Tatenashi calmly - "So it is better that we use the time we have left wisely... Do not you believe it?"
"Hmm... I agree... you have to know how to use time well" - nodded the blonde calmly - "So... what do you have planned?"
"The date you owe me for weeks"-Tatenashi snorted as he patted the boy's chest gently-"Now that I think about it... you're not a good boy, you owe a lot of women a date"
"It's not my fault"- Cloud replied as he shrugged-"Well, date, the day after tomorrow, now I have to go to the others and see if they've calmed down"
"Ok, I'll look forward to it"- Tatenashi nodded as he walked back to his office.
Cloud for his part, decided to return to the classroom and noticed that the girls were talking to each other until they saw that he had returned.
"I see you've calmed down"-Cloud said as he looked at the girls, only to notice that they were still silent-"Girls?"
"Because you left?" Cecilia asked irritably.
"Because the situation was annoying" - the blonde replied calmly, only to shake his head and dodge a bullet - "How many times have we done this?"
"There are times when you are insufferable, Cloud-kun" -Charlotte said with annoyance but she quickly calmed down- "Anyway, we already reached a solution between the 4 of us"
"It took us a while but with the result we were all satisfied" - agreed Laura.
"We decided that you would take us all together" - continued Houki - "Although this will be a contest for us..."
"Contest?" Cloud asked in surprise.
"That's right"- Cecilia agreed- "The one who achieves the greatest impact, she will be the winner"
"What's the prize?" Cloud asked curiously as he saw how all of them, except Laura, blushed as hard as they could.
"They decided that the prize would be to sleep in your room for one night"- Laura replied neutrally, although inside she was blushing.
"I see... but there is a slight and tiny detail...."-Cloud said as he looked at the girls-"I didn't accept this"
"We don't feel that you would refuse" - Charlotte replied calmly - "It may sound narcissistic but we are some of the most beautiful girls in the Academy, so you don't lose out in this situation"
The others nodded at these words, after all, they were aware of their appearance.
"And good?" Charlotte asked with a condescending smile.
"Do what you want"-Cloud said as he shook his head. He had decided after talking with Tatenashi, that he would invite all of them to solve the situation but now that they were the ones who made the decision, he just nodded.
"You heard it" - smiled Houki while the others nodded.
"So we'll go out tomorrow after school"-Charlotte said while her eyes shone with intensity-"This will be a four-way war"
"War" - the others muttered as their expressions changed to one full of fighting spirit.
"Very well, everyone to your seats"-Chifuyu said as she looked at her students.
"Remember that there will be a small exam tomorrow" - Maya said while everyone present, with the exception of Cloud, banged their heads on their desks because they had forgotten that little detail.
"I see that you are prepared" - Chifuyu said sarcastically - "Remember that this test is important so I hope you give your best"
"H-Hai..." - the students muttered as Cloud shook his head. He was sure that tomorrow would be a massacre for his teammates.
"I see that you are not motivated enough, so I will give you a little incentive" - Chifuyu said coldly - "Those who have a result lower than 70 points, will not go to the Island with the others"
"EEEEEEE?!" - The girls could not hide their terror when they heard their teacher's words as they began to protest such injustice.
"Silence!" - exclaimed the black-haired teacher - "They may not remember it but the trip is a reward for the victory in the tournament, so it is still possible to prevent them from going... and now that I think about it, so it will be... the more than half of the class fails the exam, then the trip will be transferred to class 1-B and only Cloud's team with Houki will be able to go to the Island"
