Chapter 148 ( Truth )
Last day of school and the girls were getting ready to go home, well, at least all of them except Charlotte and Cecilia who decided to stay for obvious reasons.
Ichika had decided to go to China with Rin to be able to see her parents again and now that the two of them were dating, they couldn't be happier for her daughter.
Laura had decided to return to Germany so that she could continue her intensive training with a much calmer attitude now that she knew that there were much stronger enemies than she thought.
Tina and Natasha requested permission to return to the United States as soon as possible so they could talk to their superiors about the current situation, not to mention that they were ashamed of the continuous losses they had suffered at the hands of Phantom Task.
And that leaves us with Cloud, who was stretched out in the Academy courtyard.

"What's wrong Cloud?" Houki asked as she looked at her boyfriend.
"I was just thinking about the future"-replied the blonde as he gave her a look.
Houki blushed when she noticed the blond's slanted pupils because she still wasn't used to such exotic eyes-"I-I see..."
"Houki...can I ask you for a favor?" Cloud asked as he looked at the girl.
"Of course"-the girl from Japan agreed as she looked at her boyfriend.
"I want you to go to the others and ask them to meet in the Infirmary where Tabane is working" - Cloud said seriously - "It's time we talk"
". . ." -Houki's expression changed when she heard the blonde's words with her eyes, because she understood that things were serious- "Ok, I'll go right away"
"Thank you"-the blond smiled as he walked towards the teacher's room to talk with Chifuyu and Maya.

15 minutes had passed and everyone was gathered in the office with a serious expression.
"Does anyone know what this is all about?" Tabane asked seriously.

"Will you leave us?!" Charlotte exclaimed with an expression shattered by sadness. It's as if the boy is just playing with her emotions, but her expression changed slightly when she heard the blonde's response.
"No..." - denied Cloud - "I am informing you about all this because I have the ability to recruit people after certain Requirements"
"Let me guess...relationship and rapprochement"- Tabane said as she looked around- "Or help them in certain ways"
"Exactly" - agreed Cloud - "I can only recruit people with whom I have managed to achieve a certain level of understanding"
"Why us?" Chifuyu asked with a frown.
"That's where you're wrong, Chifuyu-san" - Cloud said calmly shaking his finger - "I don't choose who to recruit or who to associate with, it's you who did. "I… need to think about it…" Cecilia said as she walked away.
"I'll go with you" - Maya said seriously - "If I don't take this opportunity, I feel like I'm going to lose more than my relationship with you"
"Ok"-nodded the blonde as he watched as the window revealed that Maya had agreed to be her Recruit, only to see the woman clutch her head in pain.
"I…I need some time…Onee-chan, come with me, we need to talk"-Houki said seriously as she and her sister walked out.
"Ok, I'm impressed"-Charlotte muttered as she got up-"It all sounds like a game...an RPG if I want to be more precise when I speak"
"Ugh... my head hurts..." Maya mumbled as she rubbed her temples.
"That was fast!" exclaimed the girl from France.
"Let's say that it's not the first time that a lot of information enters my head..." - answered the green-haired woman, only to look at the blond boy seriously - "Everything we saw is true"
"Yes" - agreed Cloud.
"That would explain why you have so much power…how many worlds have you traveled to?" Maya asked as she gave him a curious look.
"This is my second world, the first being the Tutorial world" - Cloud replied as he told him about the world of [Highschool of the Dead], as well as the girls he met there. It was better that they knew now so they wouldn't have a bad surprise later.
