The Veil Academic Academy.

"So as a way of sorting out the financial problems for mage families, training those with magic potential to contorl their energy and safe guarding the mundane public from magic accidents. This place is a multipurpose layer of education and convincing those that need us to stay within the society. It's a way of showing the danger to the mundane without getting anyone murdered." Wilkinson sits across from her as she ate the meal provided, she had human manners to seem no different in a grand scale. A echo of the humanity she still manages to have, in spite of all that was changed about herself. Sadly Wilkinson doesn't see her this way, he looks upon this being in fear with curiosity. He sees the bird or reptile moves more and the way she scans the room with more then just eyes.

"So then what's with the demons linger among the students?" She points her spoon out at him, "You training demons to get use to humans?"

"You got gifted sight... sheesh." He still hasn't worked her deal out, "It was lady Twilight's suggestion since angels aren't up to the task of helping with God's missing."

"Well they are literally soulless beings that rely on reflections of greater powers. Without the puppet masters there is no life in them. Only the higher rankings would be sentient enough to the task and they already hands full with the life tomes." She dove the spoon into the bowl of pasta, "Angel's are creepy in nature. I can see why you demons hate them."

"Sorry, you lost me at the angels are soulless." She munches a mouth amount of pasta at nodding at this.

"The death girms took the name law from the angels. Angels literally need to be given purpose through their name. When taken away, they are husks that turn into damned shadows. Left wandering around until they find a new name. It must suck being an angel." She had finished the pasta at this point, "The ranked ones have multiple names and the top of the creme made names for themselves, literally. Names given purpose and duties. Their society relies on this pyramid or collapses under its own feet. They aimlessly wonder the many realms begging to be given purpose and names. I know for a fact they turn into something else if they become lost in this state. They are feared by the very being that should have named them, collectively as a new race renamed as dementors. The freaky corpse guys that wonder around Sigil that will follow orders of anyone with status." She brings her pudding to herself and had her spoon changed. She tucked in for a long while that the demon is gasped about like a fish. He goes to ask but then sort had an answer to this. Slowly he knows she was right. Angels are indeed soulless beings and can turn into dementors. He sort of knows then sees why she asked for a nickname now, she didn't want to end up that fate either. Just being someone of a individual means having a name and was actually a privilege. Even lower imps of hell try to have names as soon as they have common sense about them.

"There you are." Twilight had both Matthews and James in her palms. She sits the two men down in joining the dinner table, "See. You need faith in her. She can stomach human food."

"Lady Twilight." Wilkinson bows to her.

"We had a spar match. I won." Dahlias purred and Twilight snickered.

"So unfair. You could have broken poor Will." Twilight seated at Dahlias side, "Tell me the juice bits." Indeed all wide eye in excitement like a cat, she was unblinking and stiff posed.

"It was hardly worthy. It was more that I toyed him around and got him to buy lunch. His has yet to give me a nickname. He promised."

"Grim repear laws are weird." Twilight huffed in not purring anymore, "Gladly she knows how to play you to her favour if she already can make your master fear her. She really did just toy with you life in those talons of hers."

"We used fencing foils... and I was just out of breath." He crossed his arms.

"Yeah... like she would know how to use one." Twilight laughed, "She's the monster that devourer rule breakers. Her stomach is literally a pocket realm of broken souls and creatures that can work without the laws of time and space."

"That's the wrong name and you know it." Dahlias used a sin chain to rattle over Twilight and the lizard certainly shuts up, "I wasn't always a book. I once lived a human life. My title as a tome keeper is not what I am. It is only used when threats to this multiverse so beyond the fix of Enders." She turns quiet with stuffing cake in her mouth.

"You know. You remind me of some folks I knew a long time ago." Wilkinson bubbled, "They had a way of using sinner chains as a weapon too. I can't imagine it now with the laws are. A type folks that been lost to myth." He was in deep thoughts, "Likho."

"The Slavic mythical creature of bad luck? Do I look like a skinny one eyed old woman?" Dahlias being slightly offended.

"It works. You did go around as the omens misfortune giver." Twilight striking a blow in Dahlias confidence, "Hey, it's better then leaving the contract unpaid."

"I guess." Dahlias certainly waved her right hand in adding her new nickname to the tome segments. She doesn't even look at it while she does so.

"Oh crap, your a grimore." Wilkinson shivered.

"She likely told you that already." Twilight playful slaps the table, "Now that your done here. Why don't you and Raven go see what your skills level is? If you can be a student or a teaching assistant."

"You literally sending me, a book keeper... to do a reading exam?" Dahlias really not Impressed, "Remind me, what the test score average of most Seer children?"

"They suck at magic but have a talent in everything else." Twilight sighed, "Why would that apply to you?" Dahlias had to give herself some moment to breath. She even was screaming internally at how stupid Twilight lack of observations.

"Oh please stop." James curled in his seat from the meer close proximity of that internal scream. She stops and has a try again to have more inward composure. He is glad that she stopped but flinching at what possible thing she can do next. The reaction from James puts Raven in a scowl.

"You literally forgot that she's a Seer?" Raven posed confused, "On top that, only Seers are clothus cursed into human lives. So you totally completely let your gaurd down around her."

"If she was a clothus, I would have..." Twilight twitched a moment at stopping right there a second, "Oh..." Twilight is all nervous now, "Your the Trickster that didn't fit in. The one that even Daniel trusts."

"He does?" James shivered.

"Well... We get along. He and I had neat war stories to share and do Sigil missions from time to time. I go for hunting for stock materials for the tome or broken souls. He tags along for stuff to fix things with. He always sending stuff to you and Sean. Something about a broken god clock but whatever." Dahlias has the book form gone and piles the dishes neatly to the tray. Last sips of the drink too. In habit, she adjusted her mask back correctly. So she may fit among the humans around her, she wears a full veil that hide her mask face from others. She turly looks human in full religious robs and nun veil. Creme white it this light.

"this is beside the point. You have to prove you don't need schooling again." Twilight huffed, "Blend in better."

"Lady Twilight makes a point, even demons need classes to be part of the human ways." Wilkinson bows his head voicing this.

"Ugh... I would rather be a undertaker." Dahlias complained.

"A what?" Wilkinson never heard of them before.

"Time can't be frozen still. Sheesh." Twilight frowns.

"Lord's of death and fortune. This beloved lizard hasn't a clue of the universe laws." Dahlias grumbles, "This poor twisted soul is utterly useless. How did it ever become a tool?"

"Rude." Twilight hissed.

"She was speaking Ender. Ummm and in term of translation... she certainly complain about Twilight. What did you mean by tool?" James leans asking. She couldn't even begin to fathom his knowledge of the soul system. The only Ender that gets it would be Daniel. Everyone else practices denial or is clueless.

"You know what..." Dahlias huffed, "I know the soul cycle well enough to teach the death Gods. Why can't I just teach that to the clueless god spirits?" Speaking English at least.

"Like you would." Twilight still doesn't beleive Dahlias of the topic, "Don't you know what a crimson soul is?"

"Yeah. I do actually. The races definition was written as law in my segment. Why would I not know? Just as I know dream veils were once coexistence among us. In the flame of the first realms, gave embers of metal souls life and power. Such souls went on to seek meaning and accidentally broke the first realm into the shatters universes as we know." She tuts, "Such lost history is only known to the greater spirits of God's and the keepers of realms. I shocked that a lizard Brian that protects the abyss void gates doesn't know this already. It is the foundational knowledge needed to carve pocket realms into existence." The soured annoyance played out in arguing, Twilight was all frozen up like a statue.

"I was given the gates by the insanity." Twilight lowered to a whisper in looking around fearful of conjuring it by meer mentions.

"Oh. I get it. He likely then also made you the leading figure of all abyssal voids. You should be due a council meeting soon." Dahlias waves that off, "His such a nice guy. There is much worse fate out there. Giving you allowance to look after the children." She sighed in such happiness Twilight lives in, "You get to travel the boarders of the multiverses outer reaches. It must be beautiful and terrifying."

"Are you insane?" Twilight having to ask.

"Insane? More like broken. I am just another abnormal soul among freaks. Played a part in many wars. Held the boundaries of known and unknown. I spend every moment in checking that these laws are in check and that those that don't belong stay out. Do tell me. Have you ever seen a tome reject a being before? Watched the very laws of space break before you in order to remove such pest?"

"You are insane." Twilight posed more hands then humans have, "What gods would have allowed such a thing to be among us?"

"Stop this." Matthews clatters the table, "Put your arms away and think about where you are. Maybe even ask yourself that same question, Twilight. God eaters are and have always been forbidden among the living realms. But that has changed. God eaters. Clothus. Undertakers. Enders." He scrunched up his hands to fists on the table, "Even the death Gods have began to abandon duties. We are barely holding on to little and lesser powers. A time of prayer at waste to deaf ears." He stares deeply within, "Why is there no answers to where we must go?"

Twilight finding the animation of his language both word and body. She folds as told and settled with her own pose on deep thoughts. James frowning in milling over so much in between things.

"There may sometimes just be darkness but reaching out to touch something makes it real. It's had always been up to the individual to make this choose. To reach out and make connections, to feel experiences for themselves and be part of larger things." Dahlias sort of rolled these things about in the air around them, "But to turly stake if that touch meant something. We must have something inside ourselves to feel the sense familiarizing with. To choose where lines are drawn is simply the privilege of owning a soul." She looks at her own hands, "But yet... such things have been lost in a blur. We collectively lost meaning to the lines we draw, complicated and messy. To late to erase or change. Now... even if we have the abilities to interact and touch, we are clouded in our own doubts. Felt astray from being blindfolded by our own pains and consequences." She closed up and hugs around herself in her old habits, "So what now at such cross roads... blindfolded, spun and without a guide of light in murky waters. We soon will stand along this edge. How will we learn of its a cliff drop or a steep mountain to climb? Are we going to have faith to walk through this or will we be face planted into a wall we made real?"

"You talk odd of magic. Like it's infinite lasting." James misses what she actually meant in that, "But the concept if energy has never change. It can not be made or destroyed. Only change status or frequency." Maybe he wasn't talking to them here around himself but in conversation to some others through his mask. This just sort of translates as him speaking here too. Most cursed with shadow of damned abilities while still being alive have this habit. Native clothus can speak separately with ease.

At the least that made sense to Dahlias Likho too, it sort explains that magic follows fundamental laws still and is a science methodology to it. Magic she knows was other worldly types that uses elements not common among the living. She wonders what the exchange cost of magic is and how dangerous it is. Her expression sort of melted into a deep thinking stare at air. She focuses with Raven standing up suddenly. She gently scanned the room with him.

"We come so close at finding the soul we need and always she evades us." The annoyance of an archangel general thundering the dinner hall, "But I am certain that she is here and now."

"Lord Seer, stop." A living Seer following the archangel general, "The school rules."

"If it means finding her, I don't care." Archangel general walked through everyone that was in his way, he doesn't care about the disruption he causes to the students that aren't able to see or know of him. Raven sits back down quickly to belnd in among the crowds and certainly Dahlias was bending in with the table of freaks. She had a face plam as she can hear this guy causing problems. She can feel the sin of chains attaching to him and her. The more he walks in here, the more burden weighs down or should be weighing him down.

"This is breaking of our mage law school agreements." James standing in blocking the archangel from disruption further, "You of all beings should be respecting these laws. There isn't any special exceptions because you are a Seer."

The Archangel sneers at knowing the sort if fear that a Ender can cause. If a Ender was respecting the observed law, this place must be powerful. At this moment, the archangel general at least makes himself human looking enough to blend in. The prospect of fighting this Ender was considered, this general holding his belt. All angelic weapons are both practical and wearable. That belt is a sword.

"That guy is nasty piece of work for someone that meant to be a high ranking angel." Twilight snarls, "I have had him disrupt my time with teaching my younglings or literally break my furniture used for my bar. Unpaid tab now that I am thinking about it." She was really unhappy.

"Depends on which soul is in that body. There is two leaders of Seers. One is a Duchess of Hell and the other the Archangel general. They soul swap from time to time. Both have this obsession to seek out the book of immortals. To us, that's the tome segments that the names of gods miracles, embodiment of elements and resting souls are written into. That section once completed would meant all the other segments no longer have names. It is the tell of how completed a universe is and what level through its cycle it is." Dahlias whispers this gently to them, "The Seers once were the book keepers of such books. No other race can be trusted to not tamper with the section, where humans are unable to see or touch the books anyways. Seers were cursed by the tomes, so at least it could be looked after properly by them humans." She fells silent as clearly the conversation with James was moving the general over here. She listened to the chains moving and if they were affecting her or Raven. She even leans on Raven looking away from the Archangel general.

"Oh..." The Archangel stares at Twilight the most at the moment and certainly has plenty of regert aching his shoulders, "I never paid that tab. I am sorry. How would you like that sorted out?"

"Nine barrels of different wine or malt spirits. It had to be drinkable. It doesn't matter of its for the living or not." She punched the table in annoyance, "I expect them when possible. You personally will be sending 4 roses. The four children you have slain." She hissed.

"Twilight's a god eater. She has been mad at you a long time." James crossed arms, "But that nothing like the sort of wrath you will face with someone else. I have no reason to hide what you did and thus you are screwed." James frowns, "Not only did you torture a poor man to the point of marking his soul. You and your wife single handly made a real mess with this living world. If Daniel is right, you lot caused the god miracles to fade." She was so cold and so still. She was burning insider herself. This admitted honestly from James.

"Sorry, we did what?" Archangel general playing stupid. He does this to undermind folks often, "You do realize that souls have a life cycle and there is always been a system for that. We just used the system to find the lost tomes of immortality which is the reason we don't have gods with real power to them. It wasn't our meddling, we were seeking answers to maybe prevented this. That of course the turn coat among us. She's the problem." Shifting blame and excuses. She was so angry and unable to act out either. She was simple stuck as she was. She has been so much pain from this archangel and now everyone around her too.

"Sekhmet's willingness." Vengeance. Although, whomever said that was someone with a tome in the living universe segments. It wasn't here among the living. She turly was sitting stiffly at baring down the choose, "Such will power of both people to be doing nothing." The pages was brushed, "How... these names don't." The reader perplexed at why they had access to James and Twilight's name.

"I am utterly sorry but who is this." The Archangel general points to her.

"I guess you never seen a dementor before." Twilight laughed nervous, "It freaks me out that such thing crossed among the living. I was talking to this god follower of why it so attached to him."

"There shouldn't be any nameless angels. The few that do move as dementors have tainted energy. The rest are in deep sleep." Archangel general attempts to loom her squarely but isn't able to tell where her eyes are. She was turned away, "Clearly it was meant to be your guardian and by the taint of your faith, they still enact such duty even if you or your god has forgotten thier name." He ponders, "Very well mocked up for a dementor. You doing a fantastic job of preventing smell and disease." He nods like his some expert of the field.

The reader in the living tome was trying to tamper the names in preventing further causality, but sadly this was breaking laws. This being found themselves devoured by the tome altering into a god eater. Only some blood splatters left behind. The rage was changing within her, her clothing was altering to black, regardless of the mortal living light on her. The heat was on the outside then in, and that cold was inside her now. She felt the can almost already for see consequences of what happens to these names, if she explodes and allowed this archangel general to fight here. The clothus skins over her were peeling slightly in the smothering heat her outside produced. She had even now moved lettings Raven go, so he wasn't harmed. She stands up and offers out both hands, testing the archangel.

"Oh, you dementors are always been weird." He went to move sin chains on her open arms. Such things of course melted. He doesn't even realize that, "Right, so." He turned his back on her and now she clapped. Time freezing the whole room... all but her and him. His so unaware that he still continues ranting at the Ender. She reached in soft reach for his wings. He laughed and now she held them with grip. He looked back freaking out.

"I am confiscating these wings until further notice. You will find a way to please me and gain forgiveness under me. If you continue to fail at this, I will have your name rejected." She torn them off as she said she will, "May the gods will give you the guidance and courage to meet me again." She had the her realm version summons take him away. The wings pulled into pages and added into her tomes. She sides back down and now claps. Sound returns and many people are hoping seats confused. Including where all the feathers came from and where the archangel general disappeared. She folds up seated hurt from having to be so dramatic and cause so much problems.

"Before you ask, no. No death god did this." Twilight happened to been a part of the frozen time, she might not been able to move but she heard everything, "I am well proud of you." Playful punched to Dahlias, "Standing up for us like that. I was totally wrong about you not being able to stop time. What other powers can you do?" Twilight tilts in fasnation, "Oh and..." She pats the table, "Where did you put those wings at?"

"Oh... its quiet a unpleasant place to go if you're not into body parts. A sort of museum for Clothus to ogle random body parts at. The occasional piece is used for some science experiments or dissected to work out how the veins work." Dahlias crossed her arms in front of her and was returning a white coloring, "Its like the human wax work museums. Creepy and yet fascinating."

"I really want to go see that." Twilight pats the table, "Can I?"

"You will have to be enslaved to a Clothus, then have said clothus willing to take you there." Dahlias shook, "I am not even registered among their society. They a bunch of animals with law problems."

"You know... that is actually accurate." Twilight nods, "They really are a bunch of animals with law books."

"Sorry... you lost me with how you stopped time." James freaking out, "How did you do that?" Dahlias certainly was suddenly shy about this, she didn't mean for her anger to get the better of her. She scrunched up on the seat a little afraid of what of he blow up due to this. She certainly was afraid of Raven being hurt by James.

"Neat..." Raven was collecting the feathers and adding them to his god follower cloak. He was very impressed by the flight feather Being as large as his arm, tucking it into the inner cloak. He had reach back patting her on the head. He does so unconsciously as he was just in a good mood to have more feathers. Feathers really made his day. She sort of takes thought of maybe considering finding if she had more of them or any different ones. He sits down with what he got and was comfortable beside her.

"Maybe we should have you at least teach about the tomes. There is always death gods and others wishing there was a sort of teacher around." James pinning aside his worries to focus at other things, "It would also seem you can't retain in human visibility for long periods enough to be interactive with living people." She is invisible again out of being self-conscious. A defensive action when she beings frightened or wishes not to be seen by entities. This is a tome trait, preventing those that misuses it from being able to find it.

"She right here." Matthews has his hand on her shoulder and was even able to grasp her this way, "I can." He looks at his floating hand in shock, "Oh... that is impressive." He feels around for her head, "Your even better at this then a Damned." He certainly now suddenly hugs around her, "How about you can sit on my shoulder while I teach classes? You can have some study students under your teaching on some the spare desks." He felt that she leaned on him back and he smirks, "We don't have to make you do more exams. I am sure that we can accept the grades you qualified in a previous life." She posed in considering of she still had any of her human possessions or not. Although she felt certain that everything was lost or wiped clean. She maybe hoped she hide her important paperwork well enough from being time erased. She was doubtful. The sigil of the broken universes within her was a place full of decay and ruins. Hardly anything, even the crystal menu panels was half working at best.

"No... I didn't." James speaking to someone else again, "Can I have permission to see your credits?" He looks her direction.

"Instead look up the sigil mythos." She was visible once more and spoke softly in meer whisper, "There should be the entry for two things that relate to me. The devourer of tomes. The wandering Trickster Undertaker." She was picked up from the seat by Raven as he stood up with her. She stays all stiff at not being sure what he was attempting to do.

"When I let you go, you must change to a bird." He tells her. She scowled but nods. He completely let's her go ans she fell as pages. Instead of scattering, the pages flexed and folded into the hawk that she retains. She lands on the dinner table surface all fluffed from the motion of gravity. She then always flicked a wing at some annoying sin chain that was roughing up her feathers.

"You have something stuck on your talon." Twilight points out. She tilted I peering at the torn cloth of a Ender still stuck there. She puts her foot back down. She didn't even care.

"I know that material. That's from Mark." Raven rudely bent her foot back up and was trying to take it off her talons. She doesn't want him hurt so she let's him. She is however not Impressed, in eyeing him as he does so.

"You look terrifying. Are you a hunter of sorts? A predator hawk." Twilight asking.

"Some god slayers have bird forms, so that they can hunt god eaters." She flexed her foot closed from him touching some sensitive spot, "Do not make me have to lick you because you poisoned yourself on my talons." She huffed, "You will be sick for a year otherwise and even die the year after." He certainly went still from her explaining that, "Besides Twilight, you have a nasty bite and claw yourself. The last god you torn through was melted into the floor."

"He had it coming. Idiot attacked my gate." Twilight partly snarls at remembering, "Even silver couldn't pry the soul out that goop. I had to do him that favor."

"Chipping the soul in the process and altered its growth cycle. He no longer a god. He now some drooling shamble in one the domains in my realms. And... to make it worse, the sinner chain you created was flexed with time sand and soul dust. He will someday come to hunt you down." She puts her foot down at least now with Raven not messing with her talons, "Your lucky your not Marcus. His having a terrible time."

"Well clearly you scratched him." Twilight sees.

"Oh much worse. That claw cut is never going to heal and affects him in all manners. Internal laws of this universe will not save him. He will become slowly insane and eventually be sort of like Daniel. But at least his soul is more intact then Daniels." Dahlias huffed.

"You are such a cruel little monster." Twilight laughed, "Besides what did he do?"

"He gave his tome access to the Seers and allowed the Clothus godihood over the death realms." Dahlias huffed, "Don't even get me started on the murdering the living worlds and the attempting to have hell cross over into it. The poor idiots don't even realize the middle living realms are already purgatory." She was scooped up by the hold of her wings closed and she was then cradled to tuck like a baby in one arm. She had even folded her feet to not let them nick anyone.

"So... leave it to monsters to know all the secrets." Raven huffed, "Come on. I have class to teach."

"But..." Twilight standing in protest and James being second at this to almost go following after them. He clearly was distracted by something on his mask side. Twilight also being turned away from the students around her suddenly having a commotion. Raven left them in the dust, knowing to leave a storm before the cloud begins to gather. He doesn't even look back at the many other beings that were there and in witness. The sheer shock silence of Wilkinson unable to comprehend the vast knowledge depth he just heard. He was all pale in how this strange girl was somehow above Enders, in a system that went beyond universe laws. He couldn't even fathom what she meant at all.

The school building was a normal British make. Red brick exterior. Multiple buildings that were in a enclosed gated space and with a courtyard large enough to have all the student body fill the area comfortably. There was always a small music building away between the sports areas and wood workshop class rooms. The surrounding beyond the gates and fencing was the school field for open ground sports. The closer larger buildings were often class rooms with each corridor for a set subject. The entry into school has the reception area and a cut through to the assembly theatre. Christmas always had this as the guest entry when the school has pantos or school plays open for the public to watch.

Turly completed with wildlife of small coal tits tweeting among the oak tree, a tree planted at the school founding. The moss plaque stating this was over grown by the lush tree. Raven maybe in rush to be at the classroom but Dahlias had a nostalgic feeling seeing a school setting like this.

The corridor into one the large buildings has little displays between classroom windows ans doors. Mostly about past school events or exam information. Reminders of health and safety or repeat of laws. She coos at seeing a display that was to do with student making posters for one study subject, she had thought she seen someone handwriting that she recognized.

"The Orange textbook!" Raven thundering into such a class room. Every student within was pin dropped silent, "Chapter 11! Today is about creature encounters." He doesn't miss a beat in even with just one arm, he wipes away any white board stuff that wasn't needed and began drawing up a diagram in sheer memory, "Today is about the difference between the living creatures and those of the spirit worlds. We will staying focus with native American culture because they are much nicer things to deal with. Anything else is a danger to your lives." He turns, "Any questions?"

"Does this have to do with the hawk your cradled in arm?" Student has a hand raised but rudely shouts out.

"She's sort of a test on you lot." She is put down on the teaching front desk. She looks around the room of the many degrees of expressions students have. She then noticed a bird stand in the form of a dead tree and climbs up into it. She makes herself comfortable in having a good view of everyone here and watched them back, "Focus." Raven pats the board. He begins his lecture.
