"This will be all for today, don't forget their is a quiz on Wednesday. There is a trip on the 9th following after the quiz. We need parental or Guardians permission signed by Friday." He speaks over the ring of the bell system and most have packed for the day. It has been three study periods since lunch. This long ring was the school hours end. This should be the time for off campus students to study or leave. Those that stay here have free time until dinner which is specifically dorm number time sloted.

This long three perioda Dahlias has been helping with passing out dictionaries to students that struggle to spell or the occasional paper to getting them focused again. She was even helping with getting permission forms to each student before they leave. She read it herself, recalling the meeting he had wearing that fancy business suit.

In spite of time distortion, this was still the same life in continued course as Matthew was. No longer was there a three way deal between the omens spirit soul, host god Raven and Mathew as the human host. It was more compact with no middle man. The god host was no where to be seen. The spirit was within Matthew but his clueless of it. He does not use any god miracles or even the gifts he had when he was a contract follower. Not even sight, this she knows now was something she looked after him against.

"Is there something the matter?" He brushed her cheek as she fluffed at the desk in her lost thoughts. Students are still taking forever to leave but his in no rush. He was cleaning up the class room when he noticed her being fluffed as a ball of feathers.

For the sake of protection, she played bird all this time. She never speaks with students in hearing distance. She calms down in his touch and nests the desk again. She reads over his other papers he has in a messager bag that was spilled over the desk. Originally the black bag was hung on the teachers desk chair. It is full of mixed paperwork that he does for the king mage, the study plans for each of the classes he teaches and drafts of speeches. Likely his practice for those company meetings when the estate staff are picking at each other again. She studies how the students see him as only a teacher and nothing else.

She watches that some other teacher came in with some more stuff for Matthew to go through, it looks like it relates to the student trip to the estate. Even as the teacher approached and began asking the details like the on site Kitchens and food price. The sort of health and safety for the activities they will be doing.

"They are simply having a tour of the estate, meeting some the family and having lunch. There is no magic involved and I am not allowing any funny business. There is visitor facilities that they will be using." Matthew checking over a long document of boring hazards and dangers. He frowns at having to sign in agreement to these risks. He doesn't actually want to make any sort of correction that the teacher before him wasn't even aware of being a issue.

"I just had to check over this particular issue." The teacher points to the page.

"Its why I have her." Matthew scoops her up, "She's my extra eyes. The students love her." The teacher isn't happy, "I did ask several staff around if they were free. Only 2 said they can't. Everyone else that i asked hasnt given a straight answer. If I have to ask the caretakers or parents to come along, I will." For that a reflection glimmers in this teachers eyes, being understanding that Matthew had already thought of this, "Its part of the new formed I having the children take home. Asking if parents wish to tag along and that entry fee will be adjusted. Cheaper with more adults to come along."

"Well that works... delays this being put through."

"We will ammend in a later date. Send it so the approval process make changes too." The nod and take away of paperwork. Students have finally left and everything for now was being put into messager bag, she nests around in mute listening of the ass door closing again. She slightly distracted always by the sound of thundering book slams and air folds between pages. She stands and helps tuck things into his bag, she will often pause the flutter in sorting out a tome but she going back on focus. He settles in finishing this packing and getting ready for the next event of his day. She rides his shoulder, watching dreamers walk among students and the misfortune they have.

"The student with the pink backpack is being bullied." She whispered to Matthew, "She is likely got problems at home too. She looks tired. You should see if she's OK." Matthew looks around the many crowd of leaving students and noticed the exact one.

"She's a Seer." Matthew sighed and Dahlia posed surprised that she doesn't recognize them. But just in being sure, Matthew gently approached the student, "Everything alright?" He asks her and she indeed was startled a moment. She couldn't find words a while as she is utterly distracted by her deep thoughts and now seeing the hawk sharing the mirror angle of this teacher asking her something. He did then really worry.

"I am OK, thanks. Ugh..." She confused if he sees the hawk or not.

"Dahlias is visible to everyone. Your not crazy." He sighed and pats the student shoulder, "It was her that noticed you were struggling. So we are just want to be sure everything is OK."

"Nothing that a teacher can handle. Beside its family problems. Awkward enough really." The student shrugging it off.

"I understand." Matthew nods and give the student space, "Nothing the school should be intervening in." He opens a hand tossed small wrapped mint sweet to the student, "If it gets in the way of your education, you should ask for time off or for help with the councilor." She looked at the mint wrapper confused, "Its often recommended for students to have a little mint or peanut butter before a test. Of course to many students have nut allergies." He crossed arms and wears a veiled grin.

"Thanks Mr Mat." The students all call him that. The student leaves with holding the mint out perplexed. It is the end of the day, so there shouldn't be some school test. Dahlias nods to the dreamer walking with the student, sort of telling it to ease off. Dahlias peers onwards at glaring the small group students that shot hidden from sight. She noticed Wilkinson heading that way and settles.

"It doesn't matter who they are. I dislike watching them burden themselves with unnecessary pain. It's meant to make them stronger but for her wearing enough sinner chains already. It's the last straw." Dahlias fluffs and flutters as she was disbalanced. Matthew was suddenly running over to the group. He skids over where Wilkinson was struggling with students. Dahlias took flight and paused time. But she finds that she joined in paused time.

"No one is going to help you!" Dahlias certainly then altered into an adult and puts herself between the group and the lone girl. She towers over them with a stern glare.

"Stop this." She returns time around them all. Wilkinson pulling a student hand up to take a weapon off them. Matthew was the same, forcing students that were about to pummeled over the girl with the pink backpack, "I said." Dahlias lifted her right hand and all of them were forced to mirror her. Made it easier for Wilkinson and Matthew to deal with them all, "Enough is enough. You are sibilings. Do not make me teach you what that bond should have meant." She lowers and they have control again, stood scared of her, "I know your names and I know your places. Do not ever abuse the abilities you are granted. I will take them from you if I deem you unworthy of your names. Maybe if you do worse, I will consider harsher punishment." She turns to the girl, "Don't think that I wasn't aware of you." Taking a item off her too, "Candles are just as powerful a weapon as a knife." She part takes in smelling it, "Need a little work but this is a great demon repellent for sure." Dahlias trades this candle with more mint candy, "Now please get along. I know they can be total twirps but really you should blame the up bringing."

"Yes..." The shiver of moving away from Dahlias. Dahlias puts the candle away into a fold of many pages of herself, literally to storage. Dahlias gently walks right up to the group of trouble makers. She inspected each and every one of them.

"What are you?" The second eldest stands to fight Dahlias.

"A book to smack your head with." She frowns, "How many times have we told you? Do not ever... ever..." She pulled his ear, "Fold page corners." He whines but she was actually being gentle. She let's him go, "Maybe now you also know that I am watching you. Closer then you realize." She removed the portion he is looking after from his pocket, she goes through touching and checking the condition. Once satisfied, she puts it back to his pocket, "Oh... do continued to have a little fear in the books." She smiles, "I quiet enjoy eating nightmares." The nearest dreamer fleed instant from her announcement. She goes down the line of Seers, picking the tome books and checking them. She will make odd snarls at times but she puts up with the annoyance.

"Oh I get it." Wilkinson snaps his fingers, "Miss Dahlias is like one thier ancestors."

"Backwards." She flutters her left hand lazy like, "You follow time in line. But to name order us. They die before me." She circled back around to Matthew, "I will have to be born again and die, of course."

"So she's like a future daughter or granddaughter." Matthew wrapping his head around, "So your have a soul form that isn't interacting to the living world." She leans on him at how he was right. She was no longer needing to be intimidating and has to look like a women associates herself with him, away from school.

"Miss..." Among the lads, "If your a tome keeper like us You should know the secert."

"That your a bunch of cursed brats?" She waved her left hand half hearted. They seem to had plucked courage and each then took out the tome, "Oh I got you. You think I would eat myself." She half flutters again.

"I summon..." She swats her right and at squashing the tomes locked. The rights of summon stops to make she it was OK with her. She had to flutter her left hand dismissively and it left.

"Do not summon random souls out. I would have had to summon Daniel off the god desk to clean your mess." She indeed used thier own book to wack them in the head, "thankfully you just piss off some demons and that's a easy fix."

"Dahlias, this isn't the time to be giving the off realm lectures." Matthew huffed at her and she sulks in hiding around his back. Sighs at how annoying children are.

"Yes, put yourself away." Wilkinson crossed arms at all these floating books hung in the air. She flexed a lot of limbs about suddenly at doing exactly that. She would also pluck books from strange places and shelve them to. With suddenly given access reach by the tomes these Seers held, she was able to move and steal a bunch of books around. She had even turned away to face the wall while she had to devour a few books that weren't suitable for this realm. She eventually flexed back to a folded cloaked young woman, whomever leans on Matthew's left side. A drap of cloth that loosely hide a human shape. Not even her face is visible.

"So like as a reminder, you must have permission to see the Estate." Matthew changing subject and skirts the issue, "The items taken from you are..." Dahlias is such a stick fingers type, "no longer to be given back to you." He moves on, "You should really listen to the advice and maybe get along better. You certainly don't want to be ate by your own books." They nod and leave. The commotion was to a small audience and vastly wasn't gossip material enough to matter. Instead it was that Mr Mat had a lover or something. That it was creepy inhuman, 'book eater'.

The exit of students and steps around Matthew's shadow, or began to but he caught her.

"No. Stay." She tilts in respecting that was what he wanted. She stays posed as a nun in constant prayer and proper etiquette standing. She hovers carefully on walking at his back or at his left side. He and Wilkinson heading to the same staff meeting, there being a teachers break room on this corridor. The display was teacher location information and how was what department. These was even location of offices. The who stays and leaves off grounds. Dahlias noted that Matthew has a spare room among the dorms, but his on the notice as a teacher that doesn't stay on the grounds. She was shuffled into the staff room from hovering to long at the display board, Matthew raising a brow for her oddity to try reading language. He seems to assume she can't or had no education background.

"Miss Dahlias." Matthew holder shoulder hard, "This is the lovely members of the teacher team. We really should make sure they don't freak out about you in future."

"Yes, forgive my intervening. I was just wary of how fragile the name waved between." She softly speaks in whisper, hand pose hiding her mouth movements and overall looked like a concerned person.

"Mr Mat, you have a Stanger with you. Is she registered?"

"I am not a human, so no." She gently courtesy to the whole room. The teachers are a mix of trusted normal teachers and mage nobility. Now there wasn't a monarchy among mages, just nobility. They were all to be somewhat respected, "You see, I am the hawk that sits normally on his left shoulder. Today is my first day getting my barings among normal folks. So please forgive any rude manners. I am not 100 percent on all mannerisms yet."

The teachers look to each other perplexed of her, but the majority turn the other way. She said that she wasn't human. So they assume a demon or spirit under control contract. She stands straight with that pose of worry again, and shy to stand at Matthew's left side. She seems to look up to him, seeing he is pleased enough to her introduction. He has his arm holder her shoulder and walks them around to his normal staff seat. He gives her the seat and left her there. He left his bag on the chair back again. Fetching coffee for them both. She stays in pose but in looking at everything around everyone. Even those dreamers attached to the teachers. She glimmers slightly in in the fluorescent office light, certainly making small talk impossible to make.

"So that school trip on the ninth." She blunders peeping a little words. So many that were acting strange from it, "Its just a museum visit. The student will be looking into the mythic collections. I would assume it's all a drum up to get them thinking about the sort of spirit they want around them. After all magic is a contract of borrowing from each other. This seems a nice gently way to unfold the unknown to them." She speaks gentle and with both hands flexing to match wording, "Inviting the parents could also help them know what to handle or help streamline the sort types the students need to consider." She makes a deck of tarot cards out from a sleeve, "Understand that some bloodlines are have a history of demon heritage." She lays out the images of such examples, "Angelic background." She has those lining too, "Or some are gifted by the material of their environment." She had three cards like tree, mountain and tower. She shuffled all these card back to the whole deck.

"Sheesh, you both alike but you have props." The one huffed, "This trip is no different to last year." She tilts as coffee is placed before her. She gently pats his cheek with the back of her left hand, thanking him. She placed the deck neatly at her front and uses both free hands with holding coffee.

"But this year is different." Matthew pats her head and stays hovered abover her, "The Seers have path this year. They have access to makes pacts." He sips coffee, "That is if you let them." He pokes her back and she shivers as nearly spilling her sip.

"Well they can literally made accidental pacts with so much more dangerous things. They bloodline belongs outside of natural order, so thus the source of magic they take will too." She puts her half empty coffee down and picks up her deck, "They could literally accidentally summon gods from other realms." She posed at the meer headache of that potentially being, "We should be happy if they were picked by their own families ancestry. It be interesting to see whom among them is meant to be the book keeper." For this small detail she states nonchalantly has some of the room choking.

"Excuse me, but are you a Seer?" Someone having a headache themselves.

"My name is Dahlias Likho Seer. I am the spirit overseeing the books. I am one they would need to summon in order to be granted book keeper fortunes. I have very nesh requirements and am very particular in names." She shuffles the deck, "I pity the poor living person that tries to force contract with me." She lays down cards on the ways tarot is used for fortune and asking questions, "Even then, I have disliked the way they wish to abuse the powers granted to them."

She finds plenty of this tarot showing cards that was promising and normal for each child so far. She however came to turn the next card and then flips it back again. That was a god eater card, poor kid. She finds that the cards get worse as she turns to the elder ones. More god eaters. She came to the eldest of the blood line. She finds Twilight. She hovers odd of why twilight would even be in contract to a Seer. But she then recounts the amount of children she was tracking. She had accidentally been adding the Darkwoods and Gladers too. Although, they all share the same cursed book in name placing. She makes the deck whole.

"Unacceptable!" She had all the deck in her hand but her drink spils over her. She puts the deck away and picked up the cup. She cast a left hand spell of gathering up the liquid back into the cup. But since the spill is on herself, she can't do anything about the stains.

"Here." Matthews pass her a tissue, she dabs gently of some soak out.

"How did you two meet exactly?" Changing topic for the female staff to wonder how Matthew got won over by a Seer.

"It wasn't quiet that long ago," Matthew leans and holding her to the chair, "I was offered to move from my church grounds in the Darkwoods estate by the channel but I just felt I would leave someone or something behind if I did. I loved the ceiling there." He crossed across her in sort of hugging or a straggling. She not sure what is up with him but she relaxs in trusting him, "I really dug my heels in about wanting to stay. The estate owner came personal to have me evicted. In a strange turn of evens, she came from no where and stopped us from arguing. She followed me as we left. I just wasn't really expecting her to been still here. We are not in a contract or anything." He sighs.

"But we have a history further then that." She chimes in here, "It may seem odd but I have been looking for his soul. Now I found him." She tilts in how many folks frowned at this additional content, "But I am a busy body. I leave to a lot to other places and I loose track of where he was. He himself does plenty of devoted pilgrimages for lord Omens. This occasionally makes tracking him harder. I had once assumed he wasn't human but when I learned he was a god follower. Things made more sense."

"Wait, so you been lost all this time?" The clarification.

"Its complicated." She waved dismissively, "I have been hiding and running around. I have fools to smack hands, some to glare at and others..." She posed a smile since none see her face.

"Your not a good spirit, are you?"

"I am a protector of books. I must keep those that use the content in check. Even gods will sometimes slip in writing names or some demon trying to summon evil powers beyond the realms limits. I have dirty hands but the cause is for the greater things." She tilts in wondering what Matthew was tension for. She brushed his hands on her and he held tighter, "I do what I must." She gently wavered in double meaning, "But I am a selfish being myself. I have wishes and sorrows. I carry great pain upon my shoulders in order to be a ease for those who are left behind." She tries to alter shape for a better view but his managed to have a hold of her weak spots. She genuinely stuck upon this seat, "Is there something I can do?" She is trying to reach to brush him even if it is his hand.

"Don't leave." He mutters all pouty.

"I am not going to go anywhere. Is this because of before?" She pouts in trying to understand, "Taste of your own medicine, you know." She pouts crossed arms, "It use to be you that walked away mid sentences. All you darn undertakers were the same busy body half finishing weirdos." He tilts confused at her and looks at her properly, "But I will try to not do that again. I promise not to leave so far away. Now I know you are this universe, I will stay among this places boundaries."

"That isn't what I meant." He was tighter but she is definitely seems to be faded in some way, like her current style was not able to interact act with this living world.

"I am going to be right with you, even if you can't see or hear me." She pokes him hard, "If you want me to be your nightmare poltergeist, then no religion verses will ever work in ridding me of you." She smirks amused of his reaction. He wasn't exactly sure to be happy to hear that or not, "Besides, this is likely them five damned that are bent are bending rules. This might be due to them messing about. I have been watching the two elder brothers names constantly flickering. I seen J and D seem to be both faffing with some elemental realms." She nods at being certain of it, "Trust them to do thier duties as those to bring peace to restless ones. I get to take over when they finish. Have you tagged along with me, this time." She pats him and he jolts at loosing her entirely. She was totally gone from the living people around her. But she still here spirit wise.

Just at proving a point that she still here, she made him sit in the chair. Now it was her turn to fuss all over him even if he can't see or hear her. She was even able to Plat with the cup she was drinking from, shuffling it about around him constantly.

"Well you get what you asked for." A teacher snickered, "You are officially been pegged to be haunted by some unseen creepy nun lady."

"She genuinely was drinking her coffee, we can't deny she was right there a second ago."

"She still here." Wilkinson able to see her as she was totally playing with Matthew's collar. He was in a suitable teachers office wear and was constantly finding something to adjust on him. Matthew isn't exactly sure how to take in this. He preferred being the one being clingy and finds her method of soft attention something he isn't use to.

As suspected with her understanding of the laws of this universe. Spirit people have wane and lift, a sort of timer for how much they are allowed to do within the confines of living realms. She was expecting this, that she be held away due to her spend energies to defend the Seer girl with the pink backpack. Consequently, she also knows that rebuilding her energies would return her back to his side. She just isn't sure how long this process will take and if she could find other ways of interaction. She worries that this also expends on him, since she latches to him the most. She needed to source her energies carefully.
