Upon hearing this, Lesly laughed. She couldn't stop laughing until she saw the dark expression on Arnav's face.

Lesly promised, "Okay, don't worry. I won't tell anyone."

Arnav responded with a snort.

The mother-and-son relationship slowly eased as the two of them leaned against each other and talked a lot. Then, Lesly climbed over the wall and left.

Looking at Lesly disappearing into the night, Arnav decided to follow her to leave.

The next day, when they had breakfast, Gavin looked at Arnav, who had not shown up for a long time, and asked in surprise, "Have you thought things through?"

Ever since he had snuck away last time, Arnav had locked himself in his room since he came back. No one was allowed to enter the room, and he ate very little.

Gavin knew that Arnav was stubborn. So, he let him figure things out on his own.

Arnav ignored him and sat down on the chair. The first thing he said was, "I want her to come back and take care of me."
