A Devil's Conscience

"I am very grateful to you, lord Progenitor. I'll never forget this."

"Don't mind it. Just make sure you got your clothes on well."

Currently, the father and I are on the topside walking amongst the crowd. Since he lost a considerable amount of weight since then, he almost doesn't look like his former fat self.

Using that as an advantage, I had him follow me to the pharmacy to buy the thing he needs for his daughter.

"Come to think of it, I never got your name."

"I-it's Garel, my lord."

"Alright, Garel. Call me Eis when we're on the topside. We can't have people attention on us because you call me lord."

As we enter an empty alley, I put my hand inside my pocket and pull out a Silver Emblem. This was Lyn's and has been useless for a while now. I also gave him my spare Blighter for a good measure while I simply strap myself with a modified revolver.

When we exit the alley, I look around for any soldier around.
