She had a strong need to throw her arm around him and whisper in his ear, "Forget about these people." She felt a deep desire to do this. It was very important to her to complete this task.

That section of the universe that you are familiar with contains none of these things, and that in and of itself is saying something. 

They have not even been considered a conceivable possibility there. 

These individuals do not even come close to matching either your physical or mental talents in any way. 

They are simply not even in the same league as you. 

They are so far below your level that it's not even fair to compare the two of you. They are so much less skilled than you are that it is not even possible to make a fair comparison between the two of you.
