When they entered the dining room, Jackson was already waiting with the sliver goblets full of blood and Lexi's cola.

Alex was a little surprised to see Jackson back so soon, it's quite a drive to Schaumburg he tilts his head slightly.

"what did you find out ." He ask ,sounding rather curious.

Jackson reached down beside him picking up a dusty old bottle of what looked like dark red wine with the words Regiis sanguis written on it .

Alex narrowed his eyes ,he picked up the old bottle to examine it closer.

He glanced back up at Jackson in disbelief actually questioning the contents."Huh ,Do you think that is what's in this bottle? This could be another reason Lexi was attacked."

"I really don't know Alex, the old castle was dark and dreary ,that freak even had a coffin. I did a little research after I came back. Down in the library , where those old books are stored ,I found an old book from the fifteenth century it had a whole chapter in it about the benefits of Royal Blood. It seems the old aristocrats put a high wager up to marry a Princess."

What he just said caught Lexi's attention, her eyes widened, she gawked at the bottle on the table , with her words coming out shaky " What ...are the words on that bottle Alex?"

"Sweetheart it's Latin for Royal Blood. And you know a long time ago women were just used and sold into marriage to the highest offer. And from what Jackson read today the old Aristocrats would sale their soul to marry a Princess ,so she could be used for her blood." He explained, trying not to frightened her .

"Alex do you think that man attacked me because I'm a Princess.?"

"I don't know sweetheart, did he say anything to you before he attacked you?"

"I ask him if he knew who I was and he said yes ."

"From what Jackson found out today it's a possibility, but I'm suspicious about why he didn't try kidnapping you to use your blood for a longer period of time ."•He explained glancing over at Jackson , he ask "Did you find anything else?"

Jackson reached into his jacket pocket and pulls out a large stack of cash placing it on the table.

"How much is it?" Alex ask curiously

" Thirty thousand "

"What did the creep do for a living?"

"He worked in a bar down town as a bouncer , a rough strip joint called the Starlight bar and grill ."

Alex couldn't help but tease his brother even though they were having a serious conversation. "Isn't that where your last girlfriend worked ."

"Fuck you Alex , she was a ballet dancer not a pole dancer."

Lexi glanced up at Jackson chiming in on the conversation."What's wrong with pole dancing, I can pole dance."

Alex bust out laughing, he held his chest and gasp for air stammering his words "Oh fuck ..s s..sweetheart, I'm putting a pole in the bedroom."

"That would be nice Alex it's great exercise , me and my friend Karmen took a pole dancing class last year ." She stated, oblivious of what Alex found so funny about pole dancing.

Jackson's dumbfounded he can't believe his brother's good luck, he's not only marring the hottest girl in the country . And now she's going to pole dance in the bedroom for him.

Jackson looked over at Alex shaking his head ."You lucky bastard "

Alex chuckled ,"Jackson sometimes I think I'm dreaming . But to get back to the creep ,now we have added another possibility ,a contract hit . I think we can rule out the attack was just for her Royal blood, I think he just got greedy and instead of making a quick kill he wanted to taste her Royal blood."

"I think you might be right Alex, if it was just for her blood he would have tried kidnapping her and keeping her alive."

Being curious Jackson ask ,"Alex have you ever .. Alex knew what he was going to ask before finished his sentence, he quickly cut him off . "Not yet we haven't talked about it ."

"I see, that's something you might want to discuss soon ."

"I know, I really feel the need , it will help me protect her."

Lexi was sharp to pick up on the conversation realizing they were talking about something that might help protect her. She glared up at Alex demanding to know what they were talking about. "Alex,I'm right here what is it you're trying to hide from me."

"You're right sweetheart, I guess it's time we have this talk. Remember I told you, I will never lie to you . Well I'm not going to,not now or ever, let me explain to you what Jackson and I was just talking about"

Wrapping his arms around her shoulders he pulled her in closer to him " .Now don't get frightened sweetheart, I won't do it if you're scared. "He hesitated a moment thinking about how to tell her what he needed to do, he really didn't think this was the right time to have this discussion knowing she's scared of blood, not only that but creep attacked her last night almost biting her.

Finally he took deep breath, and just spit it out. "If I drank your blood, it gives me a deeper connection to your emotions. I will also be able to sense danger around you."

"Will it hurt?"she ask, worriedly.

"Sweetheart it might if I did it here in the dining room. And if you're frightened but there is a way I can do it and you won't feel anything except pleasure. It can be the most euphoric feeling you have ever had."

"You can do it that way."

"I will try tonight sweetheart. But if you get scared just tell me okay , and we will try again some other time. It's all about trust, you can't flinch and pull back, you need to put all your trust in me. "

"I trust you Alex , and if this will help you protect me, and make you feel more comfortable then we should do it."

Alex checked his watch , it was close to one thirty. He had a few more requests for Jackson . Before they headed over to Mrs. Greens office. "Jackson take that old bottle over to Jordan and have him run a DNA profile on it. And go down town to that strip club to see if they will talk. Use that damm Prince Charming shit on some of those strippers. If that doesn't work ,take that cash with you maybe one of those strippers knows something."

"Fuck Alex, I could get the mange at that joint ."

"I didn't say roll around in bed with them, just talk to them. We will be in Pam's office going over wedding plans come back for dinner tonight ."

As they strolled down the long hallway together Alex snakes his arm around her waist, taking a moment to explain more about how he planned to drink her blood tonight.

He didn't want to scare her and wanted to make sure she was comfortable with everything. "Sweetheart remember when I said you would only feel pleasure tonight when I drank your blood. Sweetheart for that to happen you will need to let it me touch you. "

"Alex I don't care if you touch me, you touch me all the time."

Which what she just said is true .The King of walk and talk is always touching her ,even at this moment as they strolled through the castle on their way to make there Wedding plans.

As she walked down the hallway thinking about what he just said, she realized what he was talking about ,she turned blurting out loudly. "You need to make me cum." Her voice echoed through the long hallway bouncing off every wall in castle.

Maids stopped mopping and mops clattered to the floor ,the whole castle was quite for a moment until Alex chuckled

"I can do that, we didn't have clothes on this morning and I still wanted you to hold me." She smiled

He stopped walking in front of a pair of big brown doors. "This is Pam's office sweetheart . You will need to remember where it is,because from now on you will be working with Pam when we have any type of event at the castle.

Pam is an excellent event planner all I do is tell her what type of event we are having and how many guests will be there. She does everything else. My mother used to work with Pam on different events ,and she would request certain things like different types of flowers ,plates and what ever else you ladies like."

Alex pulled the big brown doors open .They walked into a elegantly decorated office with vintage paintings on the wall.

Mrs. Green curtsied greetings them at the door. " Good Afternoon Your Majesty and Princess Alexis, if you will please come with me."

She took them to a luxurious setting Area next to her office . With different design boards set up detailing different table scapes .

She began by asking some basic questions "Your Majesty I'm sure you will be wearing your full dress Military uniform .

He smirked, "Sorry darling, it's required. I can't wear a pink bow tie and cummerbund ."
