Jackson pulled in front of the big iron gate waiting for it to open, pondering over what both women said to him today. When the gate opened he drove forward down the long driveway. He turned to look at Alex asking " Alex do you think that woman knows what she's talking about when she said Karmen's father was a demon."

" You talked to her and listen to her heart beat just like I did. She seemed to believe what she was saying was the truth."

Jackson pulled the car on into the garage, and parked next to a Bugatti Chiron his latest edition in his sports car collection.

Alex got out checking out the new aerodynamic HyperCar, that looks like something Batman would drive, " When did you get this one. Isn't this the car that holds the land speed record."Alex ask ,as he walked over and peered inside the sleek new ride.

" Yeah, I ordered it a few months back but it was just delivered a few days ago. If you feel like going about three hundred miles per hour, we'll take it for a little ride before we go pick up the girls."

"It sounds tempting, but I guess we better do it some other time." Alex said, as he turned to walk back into the house behind Jackson ,who was already headed that way.

They stepped in the back door into the kitchen, Jackson tossed the keys back on the counter,turning to Alex sounding a little confused and somewhat frustrated " Alex I really don't know how much to tell Karmen about what we found out today. I don't want tell her a lie but I don't want her to be hurt ether. How do you think she will take the news that both her birth parents are dead. One supposedly killed herself and the other one dead by her grandmother's hands. And what about that half demon ,half witch thing what the hell do you think she will think about that?"

" This is what I would do, I wouldn't lie to her but I would just ease into some of these things. I think she will be okay, knowing both her birth parents are dead, she never knew them anyway."Alex paused a few minutes gritting his teeth. " damm this is a tough one , okay I think I have a plan . When we get back to the castle go through grandmother's books and see if you can find out anything about demons and witches. If you can't, just explain how a long time ago people thought vampires were evil , tell her it's no different with demons . She's a smart girl, I believe she will be okay. She has been searching for the truth anyway."

The black limousine pulled up to the iron gate in front , Jackson looked up at his security camera in the kitchen, stepping over to push the button to open it for the driver to pick them up.

They stepped out of the mansion and waited beside the front entrance. Jackson took out his phone to text Karmen noticing it only took them about three hours to find out everything they needed to know. And about a hour of that time was spent chatting with Ben Alex's old friend.

He chuckled a bit curiously asking " Alex did you do something to make both of those women just babble out what they know."

" Did you want it to take all day or did you want the truth." Alex ask him with a smirk,

as they got inside the black limousine.

" Damm Alex, you have way more abilities than I do."

" How do you know , have you ever tried to use any of yours, except to just play around."

" Alex, you know, I wasn't trained by father and grandfather like you to defend and rule half of the country. Mother wanted a little prince to play with and teach all that sissy shit, like art and music."

Alex chuckled, sounding slightly amused

" Yeah, Why do you think I at least thought you how to fight. Like I told Ben, I beat the sissy out of you."

" I think I could have done with out a few black eyes and broken ribs and learned how to use my abilities more."

" When we get back to the castle, we can all try a few chants together .We really don't know what karmen can do either, she may have more abilities then me. She's never chanted a spell, you never know what you can do until you try."

When the limousine pulled up in front of the luxurious apartment building ,Alex glanced around to make sure everything was still peaceful .And all of Rich's men were still patrolling the neighborhood like he had requested. Seeing no blood spilled in the streets he stepped out of the car and into the building. Jackson chuckled, "do you do that a lot."

"Just when I don't want to be bothered , I'll show you how to do it when we get back to the castle. We can walk by a few maids together and you can try it."
